Most of it comes down to the iron fisted payroll. Like 40 asm hours for 2 full time employees. How do you give your asm 20 hours and call that ft!

It may be because your location is running out of business or stock on the water, and I still haven't found out on the coupons myself

How do you use the Digital Coupons?
Answer:
Download the DG app. Sign up with your phone number and add coupons to your account. When you check out in store there is a dg coupon button on the pinpad screen. Click the button and put your phone number in.
