Very poor. Cost was not clear at the start of process.
I started the process and was asked to and paid £23.99. Then towards the end of the process I was asked to pay a further £48.00.
In short the phone was unlocked quickly but the cost was not transparent at the beginning and I felt that I had been duped as to the cost.
We will look into this

Look dude or lady lol, I fully THOUGHT I was being scammed by directunlocks.com after foolishly paying for the service and then after paying checking reviews, but all these negative reviews are very judgmental skeptical people who only paid the first initial eligibility fee and NEVER PAID THE SECOND OR THIRD PAYMENT, IT FULLY WORKS NOT A SCAM AT ALL. Granted that is kinda a bait and switch tactic but hey they got my phone unlocked from spectrum and I owed quite a bit on it still lol. Plus their customer support actually responded quickly and frequently and answered all my questions. They are a little vague when it comes to details but hey like I said it really do end up working out for me. So I am beyond grateful and satisfied with the service provided, it did take nearly 9 and a 1/2 of the 7 days that they provided as a time window but I cannot complain I now have an iPhone 14 pro max I paid only 360$ for INCLUDING THE $29.99 ELIGIBILITY CHECK AND 50$ THE FIRST INITIAL BASIC SERVICE FEE and finally $235 THE PREMIUM SERVICE FEE AS WELL straight up great deal directunlocks got sh*t done for me, trust the process as long as your phone is not blacklisted, and I can check that yourself for free, the service will work just give it the time and you will be happy I swear. Details were honest upfront with the hidden $50 extra charge on top of the $28.99 charge. I needed my phone, and it stated 7 days. I run a business and 7 days was not going work for me. So, I inquired for the $50 refund, I was stupid and paid it. They sent a long explanation as to why they could not refund me. So, I the next morning, I drove an hour to get the phone unlocked from cricket. They said it was unlocked but was not. So I went and had to purchase a new phone. Please put all information upfront. And stop surprising people with added charges.
