AT&T in the U.S. is the worst wireless company after they charged for roaming services were I think they are playing with the contract terms anyway I decided to terminate the contract early paid off two iPhones my wife and son and I did not remember my pin # so that they claim that they can't unlock the phones from the company that's when I started looking for help and a friend suggested another unlocking service company when I was looking for it online direct unlocks came across and there you have it both IPhones 12s I did brought them back to my account with Verizon and they are working fine thank you direct unlocks I will use your service again if needed thank you again

Wow I'm impressed! I have to say it took a few days for my phone to finally be unlocked but they kept their promise. I had to get a premium unlock but the company was very open and hones. Communication was very good I got a thoughtful response from the company within minutes. I will highly recommend this company to unlock your device. They will find the solution to get the job done. Have patience it will show you the percentage of the product every step of the way.

Overall it was okay you're pricing kind of kind of threw me off Because average people can't just throw away that kind of money $28 and it's $63 and then a $183 that's a lot of money but it worked I had to wait a while for money

They are scammers, my Google pixel had IMEI clean, everything must not be fine and 24 hours passed And they don't want to return the money, they are scammers

Well first I was under the impression that there ("cutting edge software ") would tell me if my phone needed unlocked. And I wouldn't have spent the first round of money if when I entered my idme and it said locked so I continued on. Thinking I was getting my unlock don't instantly and for $29.after that I was informed it was gonna cost 50 more to do the unlock. So I go on and do the so called unlock as they claim there cutting edge software is showing a locked phone. Just to find out it wasn't instant and I got my sim in the mail from visible wireless and I installed it while waiting on the so called instant unlock just to find out it works fine. So I installed a friends sim and it works as well. When I get the unlock code I sent direct unlock a message no reply. I believe there cutting edge software done nothing for my already unlocked phone. I'm now working on getting my money refunded for false advertising.

It really worked

It took 5 days for them to get it unlocked. When I first purchased it said 24-48hrs. I did t like how I had to pay 3 different fees and it took 5 days to unlock.

Direct unlock helped me unlock my Motorola edge plus 2022 from boostmobile I straight out bought the phone and I ended up getting a Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra and I wanted to give the other phone to my brother but It would not work with his Google fi service but direct unlocks helped me solve that problem. Direct unlocks was extremely fast with helping me overall it said like 3 days and some hours to get the code but I ended up getting the code in 24 hours instead which was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Disappointed

Because after the initial charge it came back that my iPhone was not locked but after paying another 56 dollars then I was informed that it couldn't be unlocked so I had to pay another 118 dollars to unlock my Samsung phone...
