They advertise as instant to unlock your phone. You pay one fee then another larger one to actually do anything. So once I seen immediately that the instant thing was bull I called and got it unlocked myself free and instantly which I didn't know how to do originally but figured it out. So the same hour that I paid for this crappy lying service I emailed and said to immediately cease the unlocking process because I have just done it and have new service I don't want messed up. And I want a refund of the second fee of $63 dollars. So days of back and forth emails with Anna she assured me more times than I can count that yes I was going to get a refund and that she would personally see that the process was ceased. This went on for days and she said be patient I'm personally working on this for you. So today I get an email from Anna saying that the unlocking process has completed and since it did so I would not get my refund. Oh hell no! So her job was literally to delay me long enough for it to finish the unlocking process so they can say I didn't deserve a refund. I am not only contacting further support members until this is resolved but I am contacting the better business bureau and plastering this all over the place so this scam service will crash and burn and never get to hustle people again. I will assure that it's worth it to me to make you show your true colors to people you are trying to scam this way and you will never hear the end of this from me until my refund is in my hands that was promised to me as well as conned out of me by Anna directly tricking me to think she was helping me when she was simply delaying things until it was done. I had better have my refund sent to me today that's all because your $#*!ty con scam will not continue. I don't care if it's only $63. That is a lot in this world for being scammed out of. $#*! liar $#*! $#*! Anna and your whole $#*!ing company. $#*! you! Scam artists and in case you didn't know it false advertising has a a crime.

I paid they said it could take up to 2 r 3 days it took less than 24 hours and they sent codes and bam I put code in as directed and my phone was unlocked thanks for such a awesome prompt job
