I have not found better deals on any other site when ordering abroad. I use AliExpress and made in China but DH Gate has the best prices!

I am not a member, I received an email asking for the order number from my review I submitted yesterday with this title. I was unable to login. So, here is the order number.
I did receive my knife. I informed the seller is was defective, the tip was flattened badly! It wasn't sharp, the box was cut down the middle. It was advertised 7-23 day delivery, it took 35 days, which I could live with, but I couldn't track it. I asked for tracking # from seller but they never gave it to me. When trying to contact customer service, this a joke! I tried many many times never able to get through! Put on a Queue that increased as you wait!

I have placed 5 or 6 orders with dhgate only unsatisfied with one seller hoeasy order 4 candelabras for $361.37 they were delivered damaged (all four) filed dispute and was agreed seller would resend well seller only resent two and were damaged worst than the first ones contacted dhgate and was told funds was released to seller therefore I have to file after sale dispute. I feel seller damaged merchandise because I'm in US and felt like I would not be able to do anything about. Don't plan to give up getting full refund seller can have all damaged items back I had purchased more candelabras for this month (June)

I have had good and not soo good communications with sellers. Some too slow with responses. My orders been lost. Free shipping is not the best and extremely slow. Not very happy with service at the moment. DHG customers service has been excellent throughout all my queries.
I ordered a beautiful long strapless dress for a beach wedding and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture. The fabric was SO cheap, the dress was short, and instead of large multicolor floral print, they looked like big blue carp. I donated it to goodwill. I did not return it because I didn't think it was worth the hassle plus paying postage fees. I will never buy clothes from here again.

I ordered some items from this website and was told they would be shipped in 3 days. They gave me a DHL tracking number and everything. I called DHL and they told me a label was made but never received the item. This went on for two weeks before I had to contact my credit card number and request a refund. The seller wouldn't respond to messages and I could probably tell you ever chat persons name at DHL and they all said the same thing but never help me get my product! They never resolved the issue my credit card company had to refund my money!

My dress did not look as the picture was shown but it was still cute. Just wasn't my style at all. It showed in the picture that it was a two piece but when I got it, it was a two piece.
