Lot of items at good price, but translations (spanish) are horrible. Also the delivery time is sometimes desperating, you have to be a very patient person.
Some suppliers have poor communication skills, they don't respond to queries regarding the product they sell. And also they advertise products that are out of stock. I long ordered a t shirt on the 31st Jan 18 up until now it has not been shipped, the supplier told me its out of stock and will be shipped late, I then followed up with the supplier hes not responding.
Easy to use and very beneficial, any questions that are asked are straightaway answered. I love this website
I was not very thrilled with any shopping on line let alone over sees online. I was pleasantly surorised in the earo y arrivals and how the mishandled or broken product was restored. Its not perfect in shipping but 90 percent is damn good in my book.

I came across DHgate and decided to give it a try for a few items that I was looking for (e.g. Team soccer shirts for the boys team). I was impressed with the price, good quality and responsiveness of the sellers (shipping to the US has been ion average 2 weeks). DHgate also creates a marketplace you can trust as they broker the relationships between buyers and sellers and assure the sellers will follow through. They don't release payment to seller until the buyer verifies receiving the goods, and also provide safety that if the goods don't arrive on time you'll get a refund.
Overall, very pleased with the experience in buying from this site from the US.
I have all good experiences because I have received great quality products, if something fails, they replace or just send them back the correct articles
