For the second time I was very disappointed. My experience starts when I place an order for some PCIe boards, I was urged to have the plates for a project and I decided to make the extra payment so that they were sent by parcel DHL, which normally takes 5 to 7 days In being delivered to Mexico. The Vendor did not send the product by DHL, the seller sent a false tracking number, contact the customer service repeatedly and they only told me that I had to wait, what sense I had to pay more for express shipping if I had to wait, I have not returned my money, the product was not shipped, a big disappointment on the part of DHgates that does not comply with their shipping policies, the seller as if nothing can change the shipping method without being penalized

For some a C is great and for others it is not enough. Which very much what using DHGate is like. For me it is not enough. It has the potential to be so much better. For now it feels like some sellers try to be more and others just try enough to squeeze by for the semester. Hopefully next year will be even better, then again it might be time for a new school soon.
