Very easy to use and secure site. Only problem is that product quality differs from seller to seller.
I have recently made a purchase once and last time on this site. Firstly I received a reply saying my order was cancelled. Then when contacting the so called safety team they advised absolutely no money was received for goods you ordered so this was the reason.
Several days went by so I contacted my bank and they advised me 100% the money was taken and gave me a 6 digit transaction code used by DHGATE. Relaying the information they advised no please contact your bank. Then the first item was delivered! I forwarded the package and information. Then they said I will need to raise a ticket. Now if your order is cancelled on DHGATE you can not raise a ticket because there was no order so this is an impossibility. I advised them of the information and they ignored my final request.
I feel people should be aware that not all orders are held in good faith and the facts are clear and obvious that there is no safety team to protect the consumer. Buyer beware.
I bought a pair of shoes few weeks ago and what I gotwas better than I expected.
With another product there where delivery problems and the customer service helped me dirctly very good!

Items have been shipped quickly and the epacket times have been great. Products are very inexpensive but are equally high-quality. Most of what we buy in the US comes from China - why not get it directly from the source?

I ordered a pair of soccer cleats. Everything about my order described the shoes I had wanted to purchase. I was sent the wrong shoes and the seller told me that I selected the wrong shoes. How did I select and pay for the wrong shoes when my confirmation email described the "outdoor" shoes I desired to purchase. I ended up with indoor shoes, totally not what I selected! Tried to open a dispute but what's the purpose? I'll resell the new shoes on ebay! What a stinking rip off this crap is! Beware of wholesale_boots they will send you crap you never wanted and know that there isn't much you can do. I guess I could open a dispute but how do I send the shoes back to China without costing a ton of money! These people have the benefit of epacket!; Total crock of sh! T!
Most things from dhgate are delivered quickly which is a bonus. I don't expect must from the quality but it has been a good shopping experince and I do recommend everyone to explore the site.

I placed an order and I didn't receive what I ordered. I contacted DHGate and they insisted I ordered what I received even after I sent the ordered number and a photo of the incorrect items. Instead, I received a reply telling me to "... pay more attention to what I am doing!"
Update. DHG is still giving me double talk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR. Now they're trying to bribe me with a DOLLAR in hope I will go away. Maybe they need to pay attention to FILLING the orders correctly.
I notice that my recently edited review doesn't appear at the top of the list. DHG must not be posting their negative reviews and the positive reviews are probably FAKE News.
The site is very nice looking, with smart search and you will always find what you look for. Plus, it beats other sites in price category and in shipping time, the shipping time is soooo fast and the prices always good too. I love dhgate, and i am sure you will love it.
