If you have problems you can just use their Live chat function or raise a dispute case, most of the time the issue is resolved in a timely manner. I have had all my issues solved to my satisfaction so No complaints. I do recommend trying out DHgate and if ever you have problems with your products use the Live chat session to get help instantly.
