Since I met this web I have not stopped buying clothes and shoes, I've only had a problem with a seller who cheated on me but quickly dhgate gave me the reason and they gave me back the money. In the other purchases all phenomenal only the only defect is that it takes a long time to come the orders but in the end it is worth the wait for the good purchase I have made. I totally recommend it, dhgate has good products at unbeatable prices.

I ordered a cycling jersey and short set basing the size I needed on the sellers size chart. The jersey did not match the shorts in colour and both were too large. The jersey as shown on the website photographs appeared to be fitted, or in the cycling world is known as a pro fit. Also since this was a pro racing team set one would naturally believe it would fit snuggly; it did not. The sleeves were loose as one would expect in a short sleeve shirt. The material in the shorts is so thin it is see-through.
My time is worth more than the $40 I am out as the return policy requirements of DHGate are ridiculous. The buyer must take photographs of the item and submit them along with an explanation. Based on their examples I would need to put the outfit on and then take selfies showing the poor fit; I would also be required to pay return postage. Based on what I have read elsewhere, the buyer may or may not receive a refund. Contacting the seller is impossible as there is a notice stating the seller has shut off his email, although he could still read them. I emailed the seller prior to ordering to ask about size and never received a reply. So the bottom line is I will chalk this up as a learning experience and donate the item to charity. I shall never again, purchase from China sources... as one buyer stated, "It is like playing Russian roulette, you may never receive the item, you may get a good item, or get junk you end up throwing out."
I've been promised a 5$ coupon over a minimum order of 6$ by posting a review, but I received a 5$ coupon over a minimum order of 20$. I've contacted customer service and I've been fooled around for a week. Today I've been told they can't even change it.
Just a trick to receive reviews. Extremely disappointed.

One been shopping here for a while and been ripped off by Sellers. Treated terribly by customer service, and even tipped off in the disputes process. I don't feel they screen their seller's and I don't feel they work for the customer they work for the Sellers. I'm in dispute right now about an item that should have been here by today. First was untrackable, now today is says hasn' t Even left the country. I believe the seller is fraudulent..
