Put in 2 orders the same night. Paid extra to speed up shipping date on one of them. They shipped the free shipping order one first, the one I paid extra for didn't ship until a week later. Now they are saying the first order was delivered over 10 days ago, nothing came to my house. Customer service is a joke. All they say is "what is wrong with us". Cant even have a conversation with them. They don't answer questions, they just push the problem aside and say don't worry. What a scam

For order 267081053 was shipped with tracking number LW957139885CN. We tracked this but there are no information found from the tracking number. Please open a dispute to request for a full refund.

It took 5 weeks to get here, i had no idea it would take that long. Every time i mailed the seller i wouldn't get a response it took chatting with customer care for the seller to finally respond to me. I ask twice for a refund to no avail. It is finally here.

DH Gate is a lot like a global ebay, your experiences may vary dependant upon the seller, now I see a lot of negative reviews. Shame on you for slamming an entire site based upon one experience with one seller, I have ordered $1000's in merchandise from 100's of sellers, and I have yet to have one bad experience, Yeah some of the return policies suck, especially seeing so many of the sellers are based out of Asia. But realistically if you take the time, to look over each seller that has the same product you are looking for, read each ones reviews, return policies and so forth, you too can have a great experience time and time again.
But if you're impatient and lazy, you might have a bad experience. So ignore these reviews from one time buyers and take it from a seasoned veteran of purchasing, and give it a shot, do it right and enjoy your experience.
Everything on this site is something you dont ever see in a normal store. Lots of rare one of a kind items, love this page.

DHgate wanted me to wrote this review in exchange for the coupon on their site. After that I didn't get it but finally they sent it but only for orders 20$ up and they promised it would be 6$ minimum order. Bunch of liers not only on that matter.
