I typically buy many sports jerseys and basketball shoes from the site. Their prices are obviously excellent for goods that are made there regardless. Shipping to Toronto takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks, so again this isnt for ppl used to Amazon and 3-5 day delivery.
Ive been active on the site for well over 3 yrs and am yet to have a dispute or issue.

Dhgate is a wonderful apps to shop, but their supplier is not honest and responsible. Especially electronics, non electronic is great. I had 3 bad experiences with three different company. 1st the thai roll ice cream, i talk to the seller they claim that i dont know how to operate. That is my first time order k dont know how to disput. I take a lost. Second order is Q7 mic speaker i order 36, seven defects but the 29 left is great. This time i know to do a disput after message the seller, he only want to refund $28 out of $77 dollar defects. I got the case manager help but only settle at $70 refund. My third order is Q9 from another seller, who ad say its better quality then q7 so i bought 60 but when i do a count i found 8 defects. Then i took 3 normal look one to test first one link ok but sound very horible static, i test second mic not able to connect with bluetooth. I test a third one sing ok, connect ok but not able to press forward a song with the function. So with many different luck within q9 mic, i have no confident to sell this. I have no time to check the connection all 60.8 plus connect 3 should tell me its no good items. I want them take it back give me full refund i been wait for 4 days still not resolve.

Prices are great - delivery can be very slow, especially when orders are placed near / during Moon Cake Day (Sept/Oct) timeframe. But I've placed multiple orders for athletic shoes and have always been happen with the product once I finally received it.

All great except they show price in USD but they charge in local currency, and the exchange rate is higher then my local bank. So I pay higher then what I should pay.

I bought an item from store juan******* that was received but damaged. The mirror and zipper were both broken and one side of the case was crushed so it couldn't close properly. I did put in a dispute with the seller and all he would do was offer a $2 coupon. I paid $47 for a product I cannot use. Very disappointed.

I escalated my issue with DHgate & got an email right away from Pepper saying that he had sorted out my issue. That was very efficient of him, so I'm now giving DHgate a top rating of 5. But I still would not tecommend the merchant dongguan_wholesale because I can't trust them to send customers the exact items as per photos on their ads. And that particular item that I bougjt should be taken off the website to prevent having unhappy customers.
I bought a $112.46 dress recently. Dress was nothing like picture or description. Attempted to return but was made to jump hoops. In the end I was promised a refund of $40.00 which was not even half of what I paid, only to review my credit card TWO months later and find that they never credited my account. Its a scam. They make their clothes with the cheapest of materials, sizing is very different than American, and then refuse to give you your money back. I couldnt be more disappointed. Such a discracful company especially when they target teenagers trying to buy prom dresses for large amounts of money!

After purchasing an item worth $2700, DHGate cancelled the order within hours of placing it.
Reason? They didnt get some code from the bank.
How long does the refund take? 10-15 days.
This is an obvious money grab at the interest earned.
The item is now $300 more than when I placed the order which is frustrating.
I will be placing a chargeback out of spite.
Edit: It looks like now they deleted my account. Can't get more dodgy than this.
