I have been purchasing clothing for my online children's clothing store from DHGate for a little over a month now and have been very happy. The quality of everything I have purchased so far, except for 1 order, has been great and their prices can't be beat. I do recommend researching each supplier before making a purchase though to make sure other buyers have liked the items they've been sold. That's really the only way to know for sure if the quality of your purchases will be good.

Placed over 24 orders about $2300 First couple of orders Excellent quality as described with tar traps but then every order had at least one or two defects defective chamber thumb piece were not glued on missing pokers Seller Smoke Toy always came through with replacements so when I received this order ******* ALL 10 HAD NO TAR TRAPS AT ALL! Sent seller pictures said he would send replacements no need to send back defects! OK cool BUT then DH Gate wants a video and you must sign up for dropbox which Norton flagged as bad site! Pictures were proof enough tracking number! I email support send multiple pictures of defects and tell them seller waived return and I was never given an address to ship back! Now support only gave me $50 when order was $78! Totally learned my lesson here! Avoid this wholesaler like the plague! I have found several reputable wholesalers that have same products! Why would you ripoff a repeat come back buyer? $28.50 really worth losing a good buyer DH Gate? I will tell everyone and place reviews where ever I can about my terrible ordeal with this seller and wholesale place! Good Reddens!

Beware of knife sellers

WARNING! The seller mtbm is a scammer I did not get what I paid for and what I got was defective. Mediation Knocked $5 USD off per knife! What the F*** is that?
This situation is only one of many I have had.

BEWARE! Of the seller mtbm. Item code: *******

This Knife is under 10 inches long. The safeties do not work. Mediation is a scam as well. I paid for two 11 inch knives in good working quality. I got small 9 7/8 defective knives and mediation Gave me $10 USD refunded! What is that a weeks Chinese Salary!? BEWARE Dishonorable sellers have many seller names. The scammers get a bad review and just use a different name. DHGate knows this. This seller is a scam artist. The seller is hostile, aggressive, threatening, antagonistic, pugnacious, bellicose, truculent, confrontational, contentious, militant, combative and insulted my nation. IF YOU ARE FROM THE U.S.A. DO NOT BY FROM THIS SELLER. DHGate needs to crack down on dishonest sellers like this one. And there are many like this one on DHGate. DHGate has many great sellers but you do not know how many user names the scammers have. If the Knives were not defective and the seller was honest about the size it would be a $14.00 USD knife at high end retail.

This place is a joke! I hate that I got the goods on the day i purchase them by accident.so clearly hdgate can see there is no way my item came to my house (Ohio) from china in one day! Then the seller emails me saying the don't even have my item that supposably they already sent me. So I email hdgatea show them my conversation with the seller. Still hdgatea said there's nothing they can do, because I accidentally hits that I received button. No 1-800 number you have to talk to a robot what a joke. So now I'm down all my money, and I received none of my items. I want to even give hdgatea A1 but there was no zero button. I'm also reported in them to the BBB. Which probably wouldn't matter because it looks like they scam 90% of their customers.

Did several sourcing for inventory and it's a hit or miss depending on the vendor you are working with through the site. The site itself is very not intuitive for online shopping platform, lots of missing link and information are very disconnected. Dispute resolution has been very bad, basically you're in the mercy of the vendor and it's like playing broken telephone with non English speaking vendors. Some products does comes smoothly though. Read the review for each vendors very carefully, and for any items that are marked to ship in light years away, believe that it will be a light years away...
