I like doing business with you guys. Everything was fine. The only complaint I have is that if I order 8 different products, you guys ship me 8 packages. This is very much time consuming. You want me to sign for every package so if i am not home to sign it, I have to go to post office and wait on long lines and get just one package. So i went to the post office 6 times to get all my orders. That is what i don't like and i will consider to buy my merchandise from a company with easy shipping methods. Thanks
This experience has been poor.
I waited five weeks without receiving anything even though the tracking information showed that my parcel was in my country (Italy). However I had no contact regarding delivery. Once I worked out how to contact the seller I was informed that the parcel was returned to them. I requested it to be resent with extra information to insure that my address could not be missed but the seller said I would have to pay the resend costs.
Two points of complaint
The dhgate functioning is not well explained so I wasted time before I understood who to contact about my issue and how.
The seller gave poor service with no effort to satisfy my needs.
I am seeking a refund and hope this happens easily or I will be put off from trusting the dhgate service.
I was really happy with the price and availability of item. I had searched it out through eBay and found your price better and the product was packaged and new!
Delivery was a bit long and tracking was somewhat cryptic. Regardless, I now have faith it works.

I order 2 swimsuits and after the purchase my confirmation stated it would take 7 to 12 days to get items. About 18 days later I received my product. I was okay with the items being later than usual but when they got her both 2x's fit like a medium. I put in a claim for both orders, one was denied and refused to be taking back. The second order, sent me an email stating that they had approved my claim and was sending me a new swim suit. They did not verify the size I needed, they shipped another swimsuit without speaking to me. I tried contacting customer service, they told me to leave message with seller, seller never responded and now product is on the way here. I still have the other item and I dont know whether to keep it or send back. Due to the lack of communication with me regarding my product and claim I will not be ordering anything else from this company.

Ordering was simple. Dhgate web site good. I was kept informed of the progress in the order shipping and completion.
I'm very pleased with the product I received. It is high quality and looks great. It didn't take too much time for the product to reach my place.
Delivery took too long and dress is too small for wife. Size not comensary to regular size sets. I refuse to send back for issues of frustration; therefore, I will take the loss.

If something offers and the purchase is confirmed, you should receive the item as well. The price and the free delivery were not by me so determined.

Terrible. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I got confirmation two different times that it shipped, then another email shortly after each time saying the order was not shipped (deleted by seller). I probably need to cancel the order. It makes me think there is something criminal going on since my money was already taken.

My experience was very good with DH Gate. I had no problems with the material supplier that I bought, and I was handed the agreed time.
Poor. The seller sent the wrong product, then ignored all attempts to message and deal with the issue. Currently with DHGate Mediation.
Honestly the experience was a little frustrating... and to pay an additional amount for my order arrived early and did not.
