Sorry but I have to say; My first experience was at Aliexpress and the way they built the site is much more easy than yours. Anyway, I feel very comfortable to buy with you; Ever I needed some help I got it and it is very important for the customer. DhGate is merely a ( very well) organized platform where the sellers from (China meets customers allover the worls; What is good: a handy situation of giving more infos about the stuffs the sellers are selling; Second: a good and organized customer complaint system; A system of feedbacks and refunds which is goon ( but not fast enough;
I was very pleased with my order. Just what I expected. The delivery may have taken about 2 weeks or so, which was fine. I cant wait to order again. In the beginning I was leary to place a order. But now I feel comfortable about ordering in the future..

Bought a Martin D-45 replica from "guitarfactory1988." Delivered totally correct and exactly matches the pictures. I held my breath as the picture showed a D45 with a "Tree of Life" neck and I don't believe Martin ever put out such a combination. It also claimed to have a Fishman pickup. Arrived in decent time (and their time estimates are right) and was actually a very nice guitar with everything as described. Need to lower the action at the lower bridge and the "EXP" strings on it looked quite worn or had at least been exposed to humid weather. Some minor machine/production flaws but too tiny to matter. I'm already planning to order another, but this time I will use my own last name instead of getting a "replica." I believe it is a real Fishman, but the "Grover" tuners have a grindy feel which makes me doubt their authenticity. Overall sound and appearance is quite good. My primary is/was an acoustic Sea Gull and I think this D45 will be taking that spot now. It's a fuller sound and a smidge louder. Especially the bass notes come through more. Wish email communication with guitarfactory1988 was encouraged and reliable. I hesitated to "stir the pot" by asking questions so I just trusted them (ajax was the person who responded to my one email, and he simply said "be patient." Do it and have some fun!

NO Stars! BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE! TERRIBLE!
They sent the wrong item because of a program glitch caused by back paging to correct the item number being ordered. Even tho it showed the item number was now correct- it processed the order as the first number entered. Thats not my fault. On my screen it showed the right item. They are refusing to give a refund. I disputed it and they responded: "We don't suggest you to choose the Return and Refund. This is because sending items back usually involves a long period of shipping (20 days generally), and runs a risk of package loosing or alike, which might result in failure of any full refund claim".
Sounds like they plan on claiming it got lost no matter what- just to keep my money. THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS. I WANT MY $29 BACK! I will NEVER EVER order thru them again! I will tell every person I know to NEVER ORDER THRU THEM! They are ripping me off! HELP! Order # *******866
Horrible, Thought I was never going to get the merchandise and when I finally did it was not as advertised. Was supposed to get a car charger and did not. The battery charger was Euro when the one pictured was USA, where I am located. I know have to go purchase a converter. Seller gave bad tracking number and DHgate would not start a refund. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DHGATE AGAIN. They allow this to happen. Have told all my business associates and friends.

My experience during this years purchases have been a really great experience. Some items have not been as they were advertised, however, the vendor made good on their item. I have shopped all year for an upcoming wedding and I have ordered many items from dresses to shower items and I have been extremely pleased dealing with DHGate.
