The products I have recently purchased have exceeded my expectations. They were high quality and were as described. One arrived in two weeks the other, however took more than a month. The seller kept in contact and took care of the minor issue. I will continue to make purchase from DHgate.

I will not order anything again from your company! It was not even close to the size that I should have received. The color was maroon instead of magenta. The person making it refused my request to return it. I am spending another $40 dollars to see if 8" can be cut from the pants to put an insert in the back of the top ( about 5"). Even after drastic alteration I may not be able to ever wear it! Nothing I can do about the color! ORDER # *******

I have two orders

I have two orders. Neither of them have arrived yet. One of the orders is over two months since it was sent the other is just about two months now. In the past products have arrived in a reasonably timely manner but the delivery service is really bad now. I am reluctant to recommend or buy through Dhgate in the future as the delivery service is shocking.

I have purchase three (3) items from your company.
The first dress with jacket was ordered as silver/grey & arrived as blue with the jacket stitched through, puckered & in fact slightly damaged. Also with a liquid stain on the skirt.
The second a pant suit was ordered in champagne & arrived as lemon in colour with the lining of the pants half way up the thigh.
The third order of dress & jacket arrived as brown with black flowers embroidered.
All three will be returned to your company as soon as I have a clear address.
The amounts paid will be disputed & reversed by my bank.

VERY POOR: First you made us jump all the your hoops to make sure that we had the money to pay for the item which is well and good. But before you take our money you should all so make sure that they can supply the item.
We had to wait weeks to get our money back because they could not supply.
And also we had to pay our credit card bill for a item we didn't receive which is very unfair. And then we don't get a full refund. So how is that fair we pay for a item in good faith and they can't supply and we have no item and we are penalised. Fifty so dollars.

Very unhappy customer

Mostly I have been satisfied. I am not satisfied with the the lack of getting an invoice for the products that I have purchased. I have also asked for picture for the products that I have purchased and received nothing from the sellers. The ones that have sent pictures have a watermark across them. That does not help me put them on my website. That is my biggest grip.

My experience with sellers is hit & miss. Electronics are usually junk.
The one time I filed a dispute with DHGate over 2 phones I paid for from ibaby888, DHGate sided with the seller, and I lost $159.00 or more and never got my phone!
I try to avoid electronic purchases now, and I have NO FAITH at all in DHGate's ability to render a fair ruling on future disputes. They will side with the sellers, and screw the buyers.

I will also NEVER buy from ibaby888 again, and I tell other people about how I got screwed by DHGate AND ibaby888 and tell them not to buy from them either!

Non-electronics are typically good items, and so far I've been very happy when not purchasing electronics.

Excellent. I received my goods exactly as was shown in the web and they arrived in the stipulated time. The diamond sparkle like the best cut natural. It's has been bad

It's has been bad. Because I have lost two package from the united state postal service, I don't have time to waste with those people, all they can do is to check and check and nothing happen. Maybe you should consider to change your delivering service to ups, they are much more reliable.
