A lot of products bx low prices, free delivery in acceptable time.

I have had a pleasant experience with DHgate, my one complaint would be if you could put an estimated time of delivery. I don't mind if stuff is going to take two months to be delivered if I know that from the start. Otherwise all is well.

Arrived quickly very well packaged The pictures show about 15 different varieties of solar flowers. The ad stated a random assortment. Never did I dream that they were all going to be the same. Why would I want my whole order to be one kind. The ad as very deceptive. Should have never ordered them! It would cost too much to pay return shipping to China so will keep them but will never order from seller again.

I was pleased with the large range of products on offer, and I was comfortable throughout the process that the DHgate guarantess and buyer protection schemes had me covered. I was a little nervous about my purchase (of a dress) and did not receive any communication directly from the seller at any point to assure me, but when the item arrived I was very happy.

I have not received the goods paid for and have not had a response to my request for information about their whereabouts.
Please contact me ASAP to resolve this as I will be following up with a complaint to my credit card if this is not addressed within the next 5 working days.

Shipment of package is taking too long, I might have to return the item.

The order takes forever to process, It's been over a month and I still haven't receive my order. The status of the order said it's shipped but the tracking number doesn't work and after weeks of waiting, the seller finally said they still haven't ship it. Worst online experience yet!

I had a good experience purchasing from suppliers that carry the DHGate guarantee but I purchased USB keys from one supplier that didn't carry the guarantee and now they are breaking.

The experience sucked! The picture of the product that I ordered in NO WAY matched what the seller wanted to send me. When I said this is not what I ordered the seller made it very difficult to cancel the order. As far as I am concerned it was a scam and false advertising what was being sold.

Not happy at all. What the picture showed was not what I wanted then I couldn't fill out the refund paper to get my money. So will I use this again probably not.

The transaction was smooth, but I was disappointed in the merchandise. The quality was ok but the sizing is very small. The cover ups are supposed to be one size, but they really will only fit a small or medium properly.
So now I am stuck with a large quantity of small cover ups.

Product arrived just as in the picture. Good quality merchandise. Arrival came in just as specified. I would recommend this wholesale to friends. I have been receiving so many compliments about my necklaces I ordered. The prices are great. I have compared them to retail stores and they charge double to three times the price.

I tried to return my item and make an arrangement with the seller and when that didn't work I escalated the case. Ever since I escalated the case and submitted photos as evidence and I never heard back. I will not be shopping at this website ever again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
