I know that problems sometimes affect shipping times. I have been waiting on my first order for about 2 months. I have received my second order before I have my first!... I know this is a seller issue and DHgate did notify me of the delay.

Not good at all. Damaged goods received and it's like banging my head against a brick wall to try to sort it. Don't think I'll be using this site again and defo will be telling people about my bad experience with this site.

Shipping took a LONG TIME - item arrived, but too late for the party - had to scramble around looking for substitutes the couple days before. When Item didn't arrive in the specified shipping time, tried to have order cancelled, but seller refused my request to cancel the order and get a refund. So now I have 20 pairs of fairy wings, wands and crowns in my closet.
Also, there is no was to contact the seller except through DH Gate - as their site is in Chinese and the phone number is an overseas number. Tracking on package was useless- could never tell where it was in the shipping process.

This is my second order for pest control units from this supplier. (please check
My order history)
I have sent messages to the supplier... but no replies.
ALL of these units are apparently no good. The green "Power On" light blinks on and off for a few days
And then stops working? I have asked the supplier for an explanation from the manufacturer. But have had no reply. I want to cancel payment on this order please. And/or request full refund.

ITEM *******722 was not at all what was expected. The lace used in the dress is of bad quality, the skirt looked like na umbrela. Was totally disappointed, only didn“t send it back because had to pay duties for FedEx. Took it to a dress maker to try to use it some day...

Terrible! You guys ship to wrong address, you ignore my emails asking for help. You email confused when you should have read my email in the first place! You have rude customer service that only speak Chinese no English! Very unprofessional! Issue is not resolved and my order is cancel yet you won't refund me and I had to involve my bank! Rude employees that lie! And my name is Denise not the other name u keep calling me! How many times do I have to call and email u about this.

The dress arrived a few days ago, at first, it took more time than expected and the color is not the one that I imagined. I think that this color selection tool needs to be developed to ensure the colour expectations for the consumer.
