9 out of the 10 items worked wonderfully. One didn't work at all. Extra batteries sent which is nice, however the back of the watch is impossible to remove. Overall good for the money. Fast delivery too.

Worst experience shoping online, the product arrive to my house a week late, in appalling conditions, broken box, damaged product, and i'm thinking the product sent to me by the seller is a imitation because i bought a mouse that should be recognized by the official software provider, which is not recognized as an official product, besides missing some components of the package offered, as are some stickers and manuals which were not coming into the box. Send nearly a week ago Message to the seller for a response before requesting a refund, but he did not answer, so I had to use the site system to apply for a refund agreement, which is not even present.

I am not having any luck with DHgate or their customer service. I have an open after sale dispute with the company I bought my wedding dress from. It has almost been a month and I haven't even heard anything back from them. My wedding dress was a complete disaster from packing my wedding dress in a small bag, to not having it custom made, to not having the right straps or beading on the dress when it was sent to me, to the very LARGE tear in the underlining of the dress. Everything was wrong with my dress. Only thing that saved it was the extra $100 I dished out to my awesome seamstress who fixed it all! Highly recommend to find your wedding dress somewhere else! Communication was not professional and the people are not native to the English language. Trying to ask questions took 3 or 4 times in simple sentences. Good luck to any brave soul who decides to order a dress from DHgate.

The site appearance is not great i am unable to make purchases as i cannot research the products due tothe site not showing all the pictures and products clearly, the site is a bit jumbled for some reason it was a great site before it started to show defects in the website code

My experience was good overall

My experience was good overall. However, the only problem I had was that the seller did not send an invoice with my product and it cost me triple the amount to clear it in my country. Delivery time was quick and on time and the product came exactly as it was displayed.

I will never buy from this site again. The dress does not fit and sits like a bag on me, even after paying for custom sizing. I asked for a refund and got given the run around and told I would be given $20 back. What a joke. I am going to tell everyone I know not to buy from this site. Customer service is appalling. I would encourage anyone to buy locally rather than this sham of a company with poor dress making skills. You think it is cheaper than butting in your own country until you get a dress you can't even wear. Never again! Very angry!
