My purchase from beginning to end went smoothly, communication was good, my order shipped within 3 days and arrived in about 12. DHgate checked to verify if I received my order and that I was satisfied before releasing payment to the seller. I don't know what else more they could have done to protect me the buyer. For my part, I do look at the seller's rating as a guide. Right now I can't think of any reason not to order through DHgate again. My experience was positive.
I bought a phone and i wasnt able to connect it so its useless for me.
I really enjoyed each items I bought from DHgate site and hope in the future I'll buy more things from you guys.

In a word... TERRIBLE! I ordered a cell phone and was sent the WRONG devise AND it was defective. The seller did send a new phone (the correct one this time) and it is also defective. It cost me $30 to return the first one. I think I will just keep this last defective devise and consider the $200 a loss and a valuable learning experience. Needless to say I won't be recommending DHgate.
It was okay. It wasn't AAA Quality, like the order was suppose to be, but that's the chance you take when you deal online... I would like to do more business, but I'm a bit cautioned now... My order was also the wrong one...
Overall experience was ok--but, last item ordered was damaged which may make me re-evaluate future purchases.

What the DHgate put on the website to listen your complain or your request is probably managed by computer because the reply definitely is no any connect with your apply.
The price was very reasonable and i got what i wanted but it took too long to get to me so i didn't have it when i needed it and didn't get to wear it.
Some of the rings were nice some of them the stones fell out right away and one of the orders was not what I ordered the rings were supposed to be sterling silver and they were silver plated
I never recieved the item. I got a email that my money was going to be refunded. No refund...
I had search all the local shops for the curtain tiebacks I wanted. Most shops have stopped selling them or they only sell the really fancy ones with tassles (these would look wrong on the curtains in the place where they are.
I found what I wanted at an affordable price and to say they came from China they didn't take too long to arrive and they were exact to the description and the picture

******* Wedding gown perfect fit but truly disappointed that the beautiful gown advertised was not what I received it has reunited my plans and waisted money on shipping sending to Bermuda is expensive now I have to start over I"m getting married in Venice Italy 2015.
Unfortunately the dress and jacket are far too big. I spent the extra money to have the outfit custom made and it is unwearable as it is swhich is very dissapointing. I need to have the whole outfit remade. As it is too close to the event I do not want to risk sending back for resizing so I have to find a local dressmaker. I love the designs of your dresses and was hoping that my order would fit nicely so that I could order from you in the future.
Over all it's been a good experience. However the last transaction I had was terrible and it's very disturbing that I can't can't contact the vendor directly. I feel that I can't trust dhgate anymore so I will not buy anything again.
