Swimsuit top was way too small bottoms fit perfectly. You should give the option to choose the top and bottom size's... so now I don't think I should order anything else because I don't know for sure it will fit.

If there is an option for zero star, I would be putting that. Seller was dishonest and acting dumb to say the least. I was not able to open dispute till it's too late due to some dumb system setting, even though I brought it to the attention of the online help immediately when I realised the seller's fault. Item arrived one month late and was not even received by me but I was forced to absorb the most of the loss and only got a miserable Us$100 refund. Dispute person in charge only give standard unhelpful answers leaving me with no choice but to accept the miserable refund. Never buy from dhgate and this is what I would be saying to the world.

Well most items shipped good

Well most items shipped good.
Some batteries that where DOA and to long.
Some other items that are now just coming to light.(Some not good at all.)
Ordered some battery chargers and still have not received them.(Almost two months now.)

Ordered a kitchen and bathroom faucet. Got the bathroom one quickly but never received the kitchen one. I didn't realize the bathroom faucet didn't come with a drain plug. Had to order one. It cost almost as much as the faucet.

I have no real problems with Dhgate itself. However, DHgate staff and supervisors should do a more thorough job about who is selling items on their website(Dh-gate.com)-dhgate should only allow clean, reputable and honest business companies onto their site. That way, other customers might NOT get RIPPED-OFF like i did... i"IF I WAS DH-GATE CEO?" i would discard EMONITA permanantly and NEVER allow emonita to sell anythng on my site EVER AGAIN!..

My order placed 17 June 2014 (#*******591) and shipped by Ceribridal on June 19 (tracking # RB*******CN). Delivery promised within 11-24 days. It has now been 40 days and I have not received my order. Naturally I am dissapointed and not trusting that it will ever arrive. From my current experience I will not be using DHgate ever again. I will also tell my friends about my bad experience.

The products are really good, time wise is a litle delay, but is oky, the problems were here in my country, because the shipper DHL WORK COMBINE WITH THE CUSTOM AND THE SAME DHL IS CHARGING TO RELEASE THE PRODUCTS, + TAXES AND STORAGE, OTHER COMPANIES ARE NOT DOING THAT, SO, I THINK IF WE CHANGE DHL FOR MY NEXT SHIPMENT WILL BE GREAT.

This was the worst experience. The product I bought (Samsung Galaxy S5) did not work correctly. The phone died within an hour. They did replace the battery but the phone still doesn't work.
