Swimsuit top was way too small bottoms fit perfectly. You should give the option to choose the top and bottom size's... so now I don't think I should order anything else because I don't know for sure it will fit.

My orders were received in a timely manner. DHgate provided great status and notifications updates. My experience with DHgate was positive.

Unfortunately not great as the item is unsuitable. I emailed enquiring as to how I got about a refund and have not received a response.

Well most items shipped good.
Some batteries that where DOA and to long.
Some other items that are now just coming to light.(Some not good at all.)
Ordered some battery chargers and still have not received them.(Almost two months now.)

The items came as described and was in good condition.

Received iPhone 5 cases would like iPhone 4 cases. No response to repeated requests

Ordered a kitchen and bathroom faucet. Got the bathroom one quickly but never received the kitchen one. I didn't realize the bathroom faucet didn't come with a drain plug. Had to order one. It cost almost as much as the faucet.

Shipping takes very long... still waiting on orders a month ago

Overall a pleasant experience, the way online shopping should be. My order arrived within 4 days as promised and the products were to description and pictures from the seller.

Although my experience with dhgate was very good the quality of the probuct was so poor I disposed of it!

I had a dispute regarding an order, but Steven and the *******@DHgate managed to get things sorted for me

My order placed 17 June 2014 (#*******591) and shipped by Ceribridal on June 19 (tracking # RB*******CN). Delivery promised within 11-24 days. It has now been 40 days and I have not received my order. Naturally I am dissapointed and not trusting that it will ever arrive. From my current experience I will not be using DHgate ever again. I will also tell my friends about my bad experience.

The products are really good, time wise is a litle delay, but is oky, the problems were here in my country, because the shipper DHL WORK COMBINE WITH THE CUSTOM AND THE SAME DHL IS CHARGING TO RELEASE THE PRODUCTS, + TAXES AND STORAGE, OTHER COMPANIES ARE NOT DOING THAT, SO, I THINK IF WE CHANGE DHL FOR MY NEXT SHIPMENT WILL BE GREAT.

After submitting the payment for the dress that I wanted the seller contact me and told me that the bodice ( the upper part) was going to be different so it was a little deceiving but when the dress arrived it was beautiful but it was not what I asked for so it's pretty much you get what they want you to have...

This was the worst experience. The product I bought (Samsung Galaxy S5) did not work correctly. The phone died within an hour. They did replace the battery but the phone still doesn't work.
