Horrible! I ordered a silver wedding dress, 1-the top came dark grey not silver, 2- it is completely different from the pictures online 3- I have been trying to contact the seller for a refund/return but no response, someone message me to send her pictures but can not attach pictures to this messages and not given a direct email even though I asked for one. Still waiting for a response weeks later, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

My experience with using DHgate has been very good, once I had got my head around navigating the order tacking and message pages.

My experience was ok, a tracking number for your package would be nice. A faster processing time would also be nice. Product came as described with great prices, so well worth LONG DELIVERY TIME.

Bought 2 phones from 2 sellers, both products have problems resulting in one return. Dispute/mediation is fairly long and painful. Encountered problem with uploading of proof. Live help is good but the dispute/mediation is not as helpful especially the agents either did not or answered my questions slowly.
Not a happy experience.

Delivery was a little slow. Otherwise excellent experience. Product well packaged and as decribed. I would recommend this to anyone.

Order was mis-shipped and refused to correct. Best offer was for me to pay to ship it back and they pay %75 of the original cost back. No offer to swap or any reasonable solution. Very insecure gamble to buy from their vendors.

Really pleased with my phone and happy with delivery

I am satisfied with the scissors I purchased. They seem to be good quality, though I doubt they are an authentic KAI set given the price and country of origin (China vs. Japan)! Anyway, they work well. The only downside was how long it took to receive them after ordering them (a month), but I knew to expect the wait. I am just impatient.

Easy purchase - the product was of good quality. Tracking info can take a while to show up on the China Post site.

It was the first time I had used it and I still haven't received my goods. I also found the search function hard to use and cumbersome.

Did not get any email showing the refund went through for the item
That got cancelled!
I feel the users (sellers) need to be held accountable for selling something
They are not following through with!
