Never got the product, site doesn't provide a telephone number to call. Bath suit was for daughter sweet sixteenth birthday party. The date given when purchased was within the time frame we needed to suit; however, was never received.
I was disappointed it took so long to receive the product. Otherwise the product is functioning as advertised.
It was ok. I didn't have much trouble, but I do think the website could use some improvements like having an option to see 100-200 products on each page or making sure that doubles of the same price and product but not by the same seller are put next to each other to compare instead of being a page or two apart.

I received everything described. It was a little confusing when I needed to communicate with a couple of the sellers, although it was probably the language barrier.
My Customers are complaining about the time involved to receive there purchase.
Placed an order for a carbon bicycle seat. They sent the wrong one. I contacted them letting them know of the mistake they made. I told them I would like the correct seat sent and a call tag for the incorrect seat. They told me know. I escalated the issue to Dhgate, who gave me an $18.00 refund. The seat was almost $40. I could have paid the $15.00 to ship it back to china and gotten more back. I should not have had to do any thing. The shipper made the mistake it was for them to correct with a call tag to get the product they sent incorrectly. I will do no business with Dhgate. I have started using AliExpress and had the best experience with the products I needed.
I noticed many of the sellers offer their products to sell by the dozen. This is suitable if u are doing business.
For individuals I suggest min. 2pcs or a min. Amount of maybe $8 to 10 mixed items from the store.
From my experience China Post delivery takes double the time on DHgate than Aliexpress.
I was a little afraid to order from DH Gate since it was overseas because we have had a bad experience previously with a different company that was overseas --- especially in returning the item --- they would not accept a return.
Because the item I wanted from DH Gate was so reasonable and exactly what I was looking for, I decided to take the chance and give DH Gate a try. I received the item plus a gift for ordering. The item arrived and was well packed and had no damage and DH Gate would accept returns if I was not pleased with the item. Overall, I am pleased with DH Gate service and feel that I could order from them again without any risk or fear of being dissatisfied.
No problems ordering and using my preferred method of payment. Goods arrived as described and in expected timeframes. Communication was never an issue.

I found it very easy to make the purchase online and the staff that we corresponded with were very helpful. However, when the water walking ball arrived, it had been severely damaged in shipping. This was a result of inadequate packaging on behalf of DHgate. We reached out to your company to see if you could help us replace the product and we were told that you would not.

My experience was good with dhgate so far. Though I still trying to work out problems with the seller (Superchao) because of damaged machine and all information and program they sent was in chineese only. Which I could not understand any of it. I am still waiting for a answer on what thay will do to make things rite. Although Monica is working with me to address these issues, the process is moving too slow. I will keep you posted on results. Ask me again to rate your site when we get these issues resolved.
