I have recently purchase about 22 items of which 5 items (20%) were dissatisfactory and have disputes. 3 items I discovered cheaper prices. 1 item have not been delivered yet and seller has not even reply on my query.

Sellers make assumptions and sent colour and sizes even though it does not comply to buyer's request. If Sellers do not have colour or sizes requested they must revert to buyer and let buyer decided. By sending the items, buyer has to logistical / postage cost to return the item. This cost is sometime more expensive than the item being purchased.

Communications are not very helpful lacking "Cause, Action, Resolution" messages so far has only "Action" never explaining the "Cause" that this "Action" is taken and what is being done to solve, "Resolution" it.

Dhgate should have only one page for buyer to navigate through their orders with more fields for Messages, Status, Reviews, Confirmation of Delivery, etc. Everything in 1 page will make buyer task easier.

DHpay refuses to credit my refunds into the DHpay account and insisted on crediting it back to my credit card account. This will make me loose more money in Foreign Exchange Rate as well as banking charges and fee.

This has been one of the worse experience I have ever had. I placed and paid for my order in May, 2014. On July, 11,2014, I had not received my dress nor had I had any communication with DHgate. Then on Thursday even I was reissued a new tracking number and the merchandise arrived within a few day. However, upon open the bag and looking at the dress I was extremely disappointed. It did not look like nor fit like the 24W I had requested. I could not get the dress passed the top of my breast and halfway my arms. The dress would not zip closed. I immediately returned it to the bag it arrived in and went to the computer got a number and called customer service and explained the situation. I was walked through the process I need to go through to request my money back. I filed the first request for my money back, it was denied. I filed a second request and that one was denied and then I followed a third one. As of this very moment no response has been received concerning my third request for my reimbursement of funds. When I complete this survey I will go to the website and proceed with the next step which is to get someone to handle interactions between me and the company about this dress that is not wearable and my money.

I used the site with ease and purchased what I wanted except the seller didn't send the item. The whole process took over a month. Waiting three weeks for an empty package to arrive, plus 2 more weeks waiting for the seller to respond, plus time for refund. Overall terrible experience.

I have always found my experiences with DHGate to be safe and reliable and that I am able to carry out transactions easily and with confidence, knowing that if there was to be any problem with a purchase that it is quickly dealt with and that if a replacement is not available then I will receive a refund. Because my funds are held by DHGate until I give the authority to pay the seller this really does give peace of mind to the buyer. Until I found DHGate I never felt confident to purchase from China incase something went wrong.The free postage is also a great incentive.

The seller was lousy. Never receive items after almost 50 days. Gave wrong tracking number.

Please ensure the quality of your sellers. Some of them are really not trustworthy and provide very slow response or no response until you send cancellation of order.

The site was really eye catching, makes you want to place orders. The orders were placed very easily. I received most of my orders. I still have not received a couple orders and I am still waiting. I was very disappointed when I received my orders because the clothes did not fit. My size is medium. I ordered according to your chart size but non of the clothing fit. I was very disappointed. I have all the clothing here but I cannot remember which bag each came out of, so I do not know who to send them back to, so I am stuck with all this clothing not knowing what to do.

I am very happy with DHGate and services provided.
All items listed are clearly indicated and prices are excellent.
Suppliers are expedient and great to communicate with when necessary.
I do however experience an occasional problem with your site when making payment, I need to repeat this action usually more than once, which can be a little annoying from time to time.
But I am very happy with all other aspects.

Mblebee 2 in 1 Dots Hard Case For Samsung Galaxy S5 SV i9600 G900S Cover Phone Protective Shell but instead I got 2 of those but neither were RED and neither came with the screen protectors or the cloth WITCH is shown on the Box!

This is the last time I order from you guys that's for sure.
