To many non serius sellers

To many non serius sellers. Often your order will be cancelled in 2 or 3 days, and you get your mony back, but not them all, every time you Loose a doller or two. If you seek for something special, you often get a lot of other offers. So i don`t use DHgate very often.

Still waiting for information on refund where incorrect dress was sent. They sent blue instead of grey. Not enough time to reorder for my sons wedding. They are willing to refund my money but expect me to pay for shipping for their mistake.

It's an excellent site to find a wide variety of items that are unavailable or overpriced in retail stores.
The selection is the best attribute of DH Gate.
I find products and technology that I did not know existed or were possible.
For example: solar grid tie inverters <3
The issue is with quality control. I do use the rating system and I check the transaction count for each seller but I still end up with the following problems.
- Items are not as described. (indoor/outdoor lights. That are not weatherproof)
- Descriptions leave out details (power cords for wrong country)
- poorly designed items (bike headlight that has 3 led on the back that do not turn off with the off switch)
- Description is completely wrong (5W LED lights that use less than 1W and are too dim to be useful)
These items could be refunded or returned but the time to get a refund and replacement is far too long.
Often it's easier to re-purpose or modify the product myself.
These problems prevent me from buying anything over $200. It's just too unreliable to purchase the more expensive items.

My purchases were easy and quick to complete. However getting them out of customs was a week long nightmare. The seller did not put the right goods description for declaration therefore holding up my delivery. Once I got my products they were well packaged and as described. DHL is horrible to deal with!

I have made 2 purchases with DHGATE. Both for bike shorts. The first order was perfect. The second order for same product size xxl came in 2 inches smaller than first and I guess I'm stuck too costly to return. Pictures available if wanted

We had ordered 5 pendant lights about a year ago that we love! One of them broke so i went on the website to order another to replace it, the light came and is similar... but not the same as the others we had gotten. Its probably only something that we notice and not everyone else so we will not order another trying to match the previous 5, but we would order, in general, from DHgate again

I bought my item on June 29,2014, (Order #: *******693). I received a confirmation email that my payment was processed and that I would receive my item in 13 - 20 days. All well and good, I was "happy". On June 30th, I received another email informing me that my order had been shipped. Again, all well and good.
July 4th, I get two emails. One asking me to "Complete Payment" for my order and the other one is saying " My Unpaid Order Will Be Cancelled". I used your "Online Chat" feature and spoke with a very nice young man who assured me that the order was paid for and that all is good at "your end".
July 10th, I get another email from DHGate that "My Order Has Been Cancelled" due to non-receivement of payment.
Somebody in your Accounting Department has their "Head Up Their $#*!"! This experience has left me feeling as though I will NEVER use your company again because I felt like I was being HARASSED!

I appreciate your mediation and satisfied with business with you. However, I am not 100% satisfied with the product. The "mobile charger" is not functioning, poor battery backup and the phone is getting extremely hot upon using. So, I rate 3 out of 5. Thanks

I ordered colorful hair clip-ons through DHgate they arrived in reasonable timing and are very cute, I am only able to use the website to its full capacity using Google chrome when I usually prefer Fire Fox where filters don't work properly, but even on chrome sellers don't seem to categorize their products well to be found in search and filtered well... Otherwise the experience is great and I will defiantly shop there again, Thank you!

I ordered a golf club with 12 degree loft they sent me one with 9.5 with cost of shipping its not worth sending back was offered a 20 refund but have a club I cannot use [the club sent is a great club perfect except for the loft] they say I never told them want I wanted\\\\\

They sent me the right club with the wrong loft I wanted a 12 degree loft they sent 9.5 I put in comment box want I wanted. The club is great but with the cost of shpping to send it back does not add up. They offered me a new club at redosed price or 20 refund. My other purchances have had no trouble with but this one was a lot more money and to sell it the numbers do not match taylormade serial no. So have to try to sell it as a nockoff
