1. My first package (in 2014) was a wrong product. It didn' work. I send it back, nothing happened.
2. I didn' receive my second package (of other seller).
3. My package (third seller) was delivered to another address to somebody. I don't know what I have to do.

Very awful is my experience. My order was not complete and one item had flaws.
The seller offered me some compensation, but what I was asking for was the remainder of my purchase and a replacement for the flawed item. I had to file a dispute and it is now in that stage. I don't know how long that takes but I feel like it is dragging on too long. I had a sale for the flawed item and cannot sell it in the condition it is in, so I most likely lost a sale.
I ordered some jewelry sets for my bridesmaids for my wedding and they were beautiful. Great wholesale price, and looked really good with the dresses!
Had a very positive experience dealing with Tina from DH Gate. I received my dress and unfortunately there was a burn hole on the side. After contacting Tina and sending her pictures, she assured me that they would make me a new one and ship it immediately. Within a month (an acceptable time frame since I ordered the dress in advance) I received the new dress and was very happy with the results. Thank you Tina! For making the mother of the bride very happy!

The item was sent in a very timely manner. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase. There were a lot of grey hairs in the bundles (more than I would have liked) but the quality is excellent. Very soft, easy to comb, goes back to curl pattern after wash, and very beautiful after I colored the hair. I love the hair and would order again.
The phone I purchased was defective in more ways than I can count. The resolution dispute process was unresolved. I don't have the funds to send it back so I am stuck with it. Few articles not yet received and one trouser and one shirt was despatched different size and that is not suitable to be actually I books for shirts of "l" size and u despatched "M" size and similarly one trouser I booked 34 size and full length but u despatch 34 with short length. Next time pl do not repeat this bye
MY experience with DHgate is really ok. But the item (Samsung S5) i bought did not match what i read on the homepage. Did ask for one wich could read danish but the one i recieved couldnt. Also cannot communicate with a computer (backup etc.)
And also finally (for now) a specific spot on the screen cannot communicate with the phone, when im writing i have in some cases to turn the phone so that a specific letter finds another place on the screen:-((
