I got some good products but i was not happy with my last order

DH Gate did not meet its 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.

My experience was horrible, the material was super tacky and I had even to pay 50 euro for the customs and they did not ask for the measure of my arms so it was not matching the rest and to be honest was a waste of money and I am not going to do that ever again. I prefer to give this website 0 stars.

My experience was excellent. Got my order right on time.

Its a good site but i find when u order if the seller doont have that item they send u somthing else and that has happen three times to me... it is not worth sending back and they know they know that. Have noticed i was buying quite a bit of stuff from you. Now I am not buying nuthing no more especially after ordering the nice wig and for them the send extensions unsatifactory...

Had a great experience with DHgate... I received all my products ordered in good working order with no problems. Will definitely do business again soon

I will never buy from DH Gate again and will tell everyone to stay away from this site. The seller was very nice and would work with me, but DH Gate would not. The wrong item was sent and they wouldn't let me return it. HORRIBLE customer service. I've NEVER been this dissatisfied with a company.

The product I bought was not satisfactory, and I could not return because the retun postage was greater than the items worth. Therefore your return policy is worthless. I paid 47.50 for the chain and it would cost 52.50 to return with a tracking number

Well I ordered a necklace (or so I thought) and it took over 3 weeks to get here. I later found out that it had said online that I was ordering 13 necklaces... It said it would come in 2-5 days but I waited 3 weeks for it to come.

Well it came to us on time. That was good but it was way to long so I had to get it tailored. So that cost about as much as I purchased it for. You should not only have measurements but length as well. Would have been better if it fit right when it was delivered.

I experience was pretty good with DHGate. However when I made the purchase, my bank card kept flagging the payment and would not process. When I called the bank they said because it was international it was marked as a scam or fraud. So I had to have them manually override the payment to approve it. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

It is a really pleasant way to shop and I really like the way they stand between You and the seller, sort of like EBAY. It keeps the sellers honest and you don't actually release funds, to pay the sellers, from DHGate until the product arrives and you are satisfied.
