Unfortunately, I do not have good experience with last (the only one for now) purchase (order no. *******469) from 26. 6. 2014. After reporting invalid tracking number and emailing to seller, I still haven't received the shipment nor new tracking number.
I hope the seller is still active and will deliver the order asap.

It is very hit and miss whether you get a good product or a bad. The sad part is, if you get a bad product, they say 100% satisfaction, but that is not the case. I have a machine I paid 640.00 + for and it arrived broken. After much work on my end to submit video and photos, they basically told me to fix it myself. That's it. It makes it bad for the companies that are honest. I will not buy through DHgate again. I don't recommend it.
My experience was horrible. I ordered two items that never showed up and there is no one to contact to receive a refund.

On June 6th, I ordered a ring from Lily ******* - order number *******479 and tracking number RB *******CN but still have not received it. In tracking the item, it was sent to Canada and then returned to China - no reason given.
Could you please contact Lily ******* and have them resend it or refund the purchase price of $10.22 US on my Visa card?
Unfortunately, I will NOT be ordering through DHGate again until I receive this ring or get a reimbursement.
