Well, where do I start? This has TRULY been the WORST online experience EVER! There is no way to truly track your order (of which has been on order for the last month) and there is NO ONE to speak to. Where is this stuff coming from? The MOON?! I read the reviews and was very weary, nonetheless I thought I would take a chance. Stupid me! I should punch myself in the face for trusting you guys! We never received the merchandise! We are very upset and cannot reach DH Gate without "signing up" which I do not want to do. Can't even reach anyone! If someone could email or call, that would be great! My 11 year old son paid with his own money for this and never got it. *******676

I ordered the Love Beyond Measure measuring tapes for a favor at my wedding. The order arrived more quickly than I expected and the merchandise was in great shape and exactly what I expected from the picture on the site.

There was no confirmation email sent for details of my order or order number. I have no idea how to return the wedding dress I bought as it does not fit properly and I cannot wear it so that is money down the drain. Also, there should be some indication that the dresses are for tall people and you absolutely need to order a custom made dress.
I used to trust this company since I have dealt with them earlier and my orders reached my country within 2 weeks - 30 days maximum. However, this time I had 6 orders made since june and haven't received any of them yet! By tracking my items it seems that they all reach beijing (*******) and stay there forever! M not happy with the shoes i received, i feel i have been given sizes i didnt order because de supplier sent me a message that they dont have size 5,6, and 6.5. The have asked me to change the sizes, told them i will rather change the shoes because i was buying for my bridesmaid. Immediately i receive another msg from them saying they have shipped. The sizes i received was printed 35 and someone wrote with a pen next to the print size 5,36=6,37=6.5 and 37=8.5. Honestly even if sizes are different 'there is no how size 5 can be 35

Previous experiences went well. Last 2 were terrible, I am still upset over them. Your resolution center is a joke. I was sent wrong items seller even admitted so and your rep saw that. Then you stated I did not provide photos. I Did provide photos 4 times and three times were with help of your customer service reps. So your solution was to give me less than half my money back for a product I did not need, which I could purchase for even less. You should have had seller send out correct items and then issued pick up of wrong ones. That is why I have not used Dhgate since. I also share and deter others from using it just by telling the truth of what you did to me.
I had a dispute with a DHgate seller, I had to ask for mediation DHgate. The solution to the dispute to DHgate made me, I did not like. I explained to DHgate again what had happened and he did not answer me. I lost money and time. Neither seller nor DHgate answer when really required. I am totally dissatisfied with the procedure of DHgate. I will stop shopping here.
The order and all about it from seller was just perfect, but we had made a double order, and DHgate, send me a lot of mails about it, and I didn´t find out, what was wrong before after a long time, and that was a little frustrating.
I am very distressed to tell you that I took my telephone that I bought through you--to the telephone company today only to be told that it is completely fake and unable to be operated----order number*******309-----I was so excited to have the phone but could not take it in any earlier as I was sick.
