I was pleased with the quality of the product and how quickly the product arrived. I ordered a purple pageant dress for my granddaughter. It was a beautiful dress and the color and design were true to the picture on the website.

My only difficulty was searching for measurements on the website to see which size would be closest to her fit.

Some sellers have been good but other times they are slow to respond and since they are in China, they have a hard time fixing problems, such as sending me the wrong color fabric and then never sending me the correct color even though they reassured me it was on its way for 3 months.

Fraud! I never received the merchandise and my credit card was charged. It has now been 30 days and I want my money back. This is false advertising if you solicit potential customers and provide this type of service.

I purchased hair from Mybeutyhair which was turned out to be a very very poor quality hair after i installed it on. When i tried to contact customer care they gave me some steps which i followed and even after a real long chat and sending photos i never real got my refund. My experience was real bad

I have had good dealing with DHgate but I have just replaced my laptop and when I tried to set up DHgates it tells me that it is not the right pass word or email adress and I have check it and it is the same as I always use. I have tried to change my password but every time I get told it has timed out.
As a last resouce I rang DHgates office in China and was told to email a screen shot to this ladys email and they would look into for me. This was about a week ago and have not had a reply. I want to order more stock but can not get back into the system. PLEASE HELP ME get the account up and running again

This is the second time I have ordered from this company. The first time was great. This time my order was shipped to the wrong address. I'm not sure how this happened because I checked the shipping address I have on file and it is correct. I sent the seller a message yesterday and I still haven't heard back from them. I really hope this can be resolved since I had planned to order more from this seller if the product was good.

I'm disappointed

I'm disappointed. Not only because my dress doesn't fit, but my three friends attending the same wedding who purchased the same dress, also don't fit. We all did as we were supposed to measuring ourselves to get a dress that fit, and none of them do. My three friends all said their dresses were wayyy too long, and two of them can't even zip them up. Mine of the other hand is wayy too long (I'm 5"8) and is too big. The bust is saggy and unflattering and I have to have alterations done on top of the cost of the dress and $27 custom fees. I'm just glad I received the dress with enough time to spare for us (4) to get them altered. Like, really? You couldn't even make 1/4 dresses properly?!

I was told that what I ordered was out of stock. Took weeks to replace it with another type that was not up to the same quality. The sellers should not allow customers to pay for what is out of stock.
