I am still waiting for both of what I purchased. Never Got it! Bad service

The purchase system worked well. I think the website would be better if "my favourites" was easier to find (should be on the main page). My goods have not yet been received as I presume they are still in transit. Therefore I am unable to rate the complete experience.

I have had horrible experience with regards to my shopping but dhgate is doing well and really appreciate the efforts being to help me.

Most purchases have been as expected. Some Items were not available. Biggest problem with DHGATE is when the merchandise arrives there is nothing on or in the package indicating and connection to any order numbers coming from DHGATE. When ordering similar items it is most confusing

I had a bad experience with purchasing the two dresses. One of them looked better in the picture when it came to style, fabric and fit. The cover-up was tight on the arms, and loose in other places. The second dress with one sleeve had the sleeve too short and it did not arrive on time. I am having a really hard time getting the refund. I did not want the dresses and I want to return them and get a full refund.

Excellent communication with seller and website. Able to track purchase the entire time. Highly recommend.

Very happy with using DHGate for the first time. Like the way the order process and tracking works.

I ordered my wedding dress from here and it looks nothing like the picture and the seller tried to bribe me with a free petticoat because of the bad review i gave. The seller was aggressive with me changing the feedback. Im not sure if i would buy anything IMPORTANT here again.

Okay, but confirmation or order does not include the description of the item, just the order number and amount (I ordered from 5 different suppliers). Delivery time was longer than indicated.

Received the goods within in the specified time in good condition..

I am very pleased with my recent guitar purchase. I received the guitar quickly. There was a shipping tracking number issue that DHgate quickly resolved. I would certainly purchase items again through DHgate.

Very bad. The seller is constantly deceiving information about deliveries. Product still does not recieve. It is not clear how and to whom to send pritenzy. Do not know whether or not I will buy in the future

I have now made three purchases through DHgate. Not one has been satisfactory. First one, products (USB sticks) did not work. Second one (SD cards) were never received. Third one (SD cards) did not work. I have returned them and supplier says he has posted replacements.

I will probably NEVER use DHgate again!

I am very disappointed in your product. The sample pictures are a total farce yet she was nice to cuddle with until the tiny leak she had since arrival burst and rendered useless. I will never order anything from your company again and tell anyone I encounter who is considering doing business with you not to waste there time or money.

Easy to navigate. I really enjoyed the ability to connect with the manufacturer directly. High quality.

Purchase was easy. Product was awful. Not true to size and color wasn't what it was supposed to be. Will never order an item from China again. To ship back to China was going to be between $80 and $100, so I'll find another way to get rid of this horrible outfit.

So far all orders have been executed without issue. Thanks
