For now I have had a very good experience, with the delivery of the packages on time and good quality.
I usually try to buy locally, simply because it is closer and easier. However, my son was very interested in two items for Christmas that he only found through DHgate. I was hesitant, thinking it would not even arrive in time for Christmas, due to the distance, customs, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. It was an easy transaction and DHgate made sure to update status at each step. Also, delivery arrived sooner than expected. Since then, we have already placed another order with DHgate for my other son. Looking forward to the same pleasant experience. Thank you very much! Keep up the good work!

Perfect like always, very good quality products, in case you have a problem seller solve it inmediatly or you can ask for help to dhgate platform, once i had to ask them for help and i was very happy with the experience, they have such a great costumer service post-sale, you can find any product you are looking for, shipping is faster than in other web sites similar so i always order from dhgate, sometimes its hard to find only one product but you can ask seller to sell only one unit of the product because they usually sell lots of more than 1 unit

OMG i love love love the jacket, i received it and the fur and the jacket are amazing, only thing is the zipper gets stuck a little so not the best quality it seems like but overall thrilled!

It is great. I like it. My only idea to improve it is to allow payment by Paypal for example. Even if you write that the payment by credit card is safe here, it is generally deterent people.
