Fraudulent vendor! Be aware!

Don't buy from this site it is fraudulent! After my review they contacted me once with the request of my log-in email and that would be it. What a fraught! But trust me Dhgate- my credit card will get you! I have all your emails and your promises!

Don't get fooled it is China and you are here! Hello, I ordered a dress and a suite for my daughter's weeding in July. All came wrong size and colour. I was constantly nagged by DHgate to keep it for half price ( why would I, wrong size!), than I was told to send it back with tracking and promised to be reambarased for shipping and the items! It is November and I have not seen the money yet. My credit card took care of the amount for the dress and the suite, but I am waiting for the shipping money( for 2 items over $200 with tracking). They just delay the answers call you dear friend and count on you giving up. My credit card is looking into shipping and since I have all the emails and the prove they are not reliable company I hope I will get my money back. Thanks

Great company, so many sellers you are spoilt for choice! Never had a bad experience, always been very happy with the products I order and the delivery time of those products.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend this website as a great alternative to sites like Amazon and eBay.

Website for scammers

Almost all sellers that have good prices do not respond to inquiries.

I ordered a tablet PC at a good price. First come to the point that the goods shipped, and even sudden cancellation. "The seller has requested a refund."

Well would it! But no refund on DHgate is an action that takes 15 working days. In general, I now no money and no tablet. Seller disappeared immediately and unresponsive.

Awful product!

Awful product! The people were really nice and responsive, but the dress looks awful and arrived late and only after I followed up regarding there being no tracking info. My friend also ordered an elaborate fancy dress that she didn't like. She said they had gotten the color wrong. I ordered a petticoat and was ok with that, so I think it might be ok for small simple things, but not special items.

I recently bought a pair of Nike roshe runs from dhgate. Not only did they take forever, but they did not look like the ones shown in the picture! I have emailed the seller several times now with no response. I want my money back or I'm taking this matter public. This is ridiculous, if they were selling fake shoes it would be better if they had not shown a photo of the real item! That's conning somebody.

Some what guarded

Some what guarded. While most has gone well one has not! And as yet not concluded! This ordeal has been ongoing for months and has left a very bad taste in my mouth from this experience. I would like to warn others that if there is a warranty issue it will cost you dearly for return shipping and on top of that I had to pay for parts for the repair, doesn't sound very fair now does it?

No support for buyer

I purchased an item and never received it. Went through the process of disputing the purchase and they sided with the scum manufacturer who basically just laughed at me. Stay away do not buy anything connected with this company.

Did several sourcing for inventory and it's a hit or miss depending on the vendor you are working with through the site. The site itself is very not intuitive for online shopping platform, lots of missing link and information are very disconnected. Dispute resolution has been very bad, basically you're in the mercy of the vendor and it's like playing broken telephone with non English speaking vendors. Some products does comes smoothly though. Read the review for each vendors very carefully, and for any items that are marked to ship in light years away, believe that it will be a light years away...

Disappointed with your site. I ordered 2 dolls based on photos & descriptions on the add & I paid top dollar for the items. When received the first one it was cheap and disgusting and not even worth 5% of what I paid for it. Went straight to the bin. I thought with massive website like yours will be more control. I don't think this will happen with ebay or aliexpress & that where I will & keep shipping. Good luck with losing more customers. By the way the other order hasn't arrived yet & I don't care because I know its rubbish

If you do your home mean searching seller reviews, pictures and look for best prices you will be ok most sellers are good honest sellers just some are bad I always shop on dhgate only rarely I am disappointed.

Interestingly since I wrote my 1 star review, DHgate have been in touch, really apologetic and asking me for proof of my payments. This was easy for me to answer as I simply re-sent them the information I had sent them in November 17, when my money first went missing. It did no good then, I'm not holding my breath now. So far in the past 5 days I've sent them 6 emails, this is in addition to the 34 I've sent them to date. Only another 100 messages to go to make it 1 email for every £1 I've lost!

I transferred £140 to the DHgate Hong Kong bank account in November 2017 and waited for it to be then credited into my DHGate account. Nothing appeared and despite contact DHGate Customer service several times, I got no help whatsoever. After several weeks of trying I decided to cancel and so asked my bank to recall the money (which had still not appeared anywhere). At the moment, my bank tells me that the DHgate bank is being very uncooperative and denying any transfer took place, despite being given all the relevant references.

I'm slowly beginning to accept that I won't see my money again, with absolutely nothing to show for it. Anyone who thinks about sending DHgate money, should do so with the knowledge that it may be the last they see of it.

There is no reason to doubt that dhgate is a reliable website. Their payment works on the escrow system, meaning sellers will not be paid until you receive your item in working condition. Quality could be questionable on some products, so do your research and read other reviews because there is good stuff on there.

I used to trust this company since I have dealt with them earlier and my orders reached my country within 2 weeks - 30 days maximum. However, this time I had 6 orders made since june and haven't received any of them yet! By tracking my items it seems that they all reach beijing (*******) and stay there forever! I'd like to know whether this is a temporary problem or should I stop trusting this company and dealing with its sellers?

I came across DHgate by a friend that had ordered some lights and accessories for his house. Little did I know the thousands of inexpensive items that we can have shipped all over the world!

DH gate is great for gifts and customer service!

Defective items

I ordered 300 sets of 4 of a silicone kitchen product. Every piece (1200 in all) are defective. There are black spots on several and silicone is hanging from the seams of all of the pieces. I was told to send photos which I did. I was offered 30.00 of my 741.00 and told by the manufacturer to sell at a discount. These are not sellable and I don't sell factory thirds. I filed a claim with DHgate and was told to send a video and had 2 days. They sent notice on Friday. Sent the video, they said they never received. Sent again via drop box, again they didn't receive. Got an e-mail this morning saying I would get 200.00 and arbitration is closed. Not happy with them and I would be very leery of placing an order, If you have a problem you are stuck with the product. We'll see what they reply next... order number *******. I purchased a beautiful design dress per photo but once I received it, it was not closed to the pictures. I been trying to contact seller for over a month and she reads my messages according to her website but has not bother to reach out to me and for a refund. I send her a photo of the dress on me and what it should of looked like but no answer. If you don't want to throw away your $$ don't buy from here
