I was searching for an lcd display for my phone, at another site but by chance I found it on DHgate, I found all colors and less price, now DHgate is my preferred online shopping market always I find any product that I am searching.
Just trying to get resolution is a chore. Bought clothing and the sizes were more for children than adults. Very, very, small sizing! Try to return or exchange and the freight is more than the item cost. Seller refuses to pay for shipping even though their product was not as described. Don't buy clothing, you will just be throwing your money away.
I have purchased from DHgate a dozen or so times now. I am very happy with the quality of the products I've purchased. I didn't like the shipping time at first, but as i became more experienced with the site i started ordering Locally and shipping time has been cut down drastically. I'll be buying from DHgate for a long time!

Dhgate is a great website to find cheap items in bulk but its just a platform for sellers to do business, they are actually who you need to make sure is legit. Aslong as you do your research you shouldn't have any problems on the site. I have bought multiple times and they all have been successful. Dhgate also has decent customer service if you need to dispute an order that the seller wont fix.
I ordered one goophone and i received. It took sometime because of custom related issue but finaly the product, i received and it is good, the seller is also helpfull and gave my all answers whatever i asked about the shipment.
So far I have had great experiences buying shoes off of DH Gate! The shoes are wonderful quality and I love them!

Item sent was not what was advertised and spend a month trying to resolve the situation. Every time I contacted them, I had to start over even though they told me that it resolved. Website is also difficult to work... pxs don't load, hard to retrieve messages, etc. A terrible all round experience.

After opening a case, your payment will be put on hold. It won't be released to the seller until the problem is solved. We will give your seller 5 days to accept your proposal. If your seller accepts it then we will facilitate your proposal. If your seller declined it. You can 'Request a Mediation' as soon as 5 days after opening a case. So that we will assign a Dispute Analyst to handle your case and either process a refund or replacement.
