Paid over $2000 for expedited delivery (DHL within 5 days)! Goods not dispatched for 16 days and then it wrong goods! Took another 5 days to get right ones dispatched and then only half of what ordered turned up! Another 5 days to get rest of order sent so it ended up being over 40 days to get the goods which should of come in 5 days! You think DH Gate would support getting a refund for the delivery not being as advertised? No... supports sellers and allows this to happen! Customer service is frankly non existent and just quote rules and what you should of done (even though directed by their staff at the time!) which is just no help!
Dont use as all they threaten to do is ban bad sellers but it doesnt happen so many bad eggs selling and will take your money and run!

Good afternoon, despite various sellers and their responsibility there is a help from the center of support. My first purchase was unsuccessful. The seller instead of the compact hard drive " HDD" has sold the flash card with two big bolts. I have addressed to the center of protection of buyers and I was helped and have believed. Since then I am sure of the purchases on the website dhgate.com. One of unpleasant cases in low-quality goods and a regrade in color scale has occurred recently. But I have received small compensation, thanks to the center of support of buyers. It should be noted that there are both good goods and sellers.
Ordered a few pairs of sunglasses, great experience and some really cool stuff on there. Interface is intuitive, though prices could be a bit clearer (though I hear improvements are coming).
Nothing but positive experience through several orders and interactions with different sellers. Many products not available anywhere else, or at much cheaper prices. Recommended!
