First order was a Tortures long. Wait. Almost Gave up., second order. Waited longer than the first order. Ordered a 32pc makeup brushe set and surprisingly got here in 2 weeks. Overall meh so 2 stars

I ordered and never received. Can't find a number and when you try to contact customer support it says it's down. I have not. Even able to contact anyone. The seller is not emailing me back. I have lost 54 dollars

Jersey was so good. Shipping was fast because they give free shipping through Hong Kong post and it only takes 15 days to reach my place.
I buy a lot on dhgate and sometimes i do get bad products but most of the time I get great items for a very low price! And even when I get bad products, which is not often, dhgate customer service help me in resolving the issue!

It's super convenient that you don't pay the seller until you receive the item and inspect it. So if anything is damaged, it gets returned and you get a new one before you actually pay a cent! Awesome feature. Couldn't ask for a better experience ordering from China.
The site feels cluttered and was confusing to navigate. Despite that, DHgate has some really great deals that are worth digging for.
International shipping to the U.S. was about 4 weeks in Dec/Jan
DHgate can be a good experience, sometimes however I find that the adds lack some information and could do with more info. There are a lot of items so the variety can be good its just selecting the good sellers and products etc...
