Does not deserve the 1 star. DO NOT BY FROM SELLER OFFICESUPPLY! They sent me the wrong item, then after I returned it, they keep giving me the run around to get it refunded. The seller tells you they will refund you, but doesn't. Costumer service says the seller has to state how much and has no contact with the seller. Its been on going since Sept 2016. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I ordered my wedding dress online from DHgate.com. I was incredibly hesitant for a long period of time, considering I wear a 20W, but couldn't find a dress that I liked as much as the one I saw. I ordered it in a size 22W because anything from China comes in outrageously small, and TO MY SURPISE, it was too big! I'm thrilled actually, because I like the idea of getting it altered a bit to actually fit me nicely.
It looks amazing, large in the shoulders, which never happens. The length is exactly what I pictured, the material is pretty, and it makes me look fabulous. Had I ordered it in my actual size, it might have fit me perfectly... When it fits more appropriately it will look better.
The Customer Service department was actually really good too... I couldn't understand a damn thing they said, but they called me several times to confirm my order and to let me know with a real person that because I ordered a large size, I will need to be charged extra, which is understandable. So they sent me a link, and paid an additional 30$ charge. It arrived within a week and a half of me doing so. The site is good about skeptics like me, because I could interrogate them about my order. I think many of us Americans have been scammed through online ordering, so I kinda took it out on them a little and was jabby. I also received two text messages to let me know when it was coming to my door.
Very pleased.
Anyway, I would definitely order from them again. It was a really good experience and the employees really make an effort to come through for you, and make sure you know they are a real and reliable business.

No, I will never shop at DHgate again. Initially, I was trying to see if I can find good suppliers from China thru you guys, and I would recommend your company if your services were good. However, I never received the refund I supposed to get even I had returned the merchandises I ordered. The vendors denied the shipping address they included on the shipping labels being the correct addresses. Now they refused to give refund. Plus when I checked on my bank statement today, I was also overcharged for some of the orders I initially placed. In the mean time, the products you sell on here are overpriced and not exactly are wholesale prices.

I ordered some optics from DHgate and 2 months later they still have never been received. I had a hard time figuring out how to contact them. Once I contacted DHgate they told me to message the sender directly and give them 7 days to respond. After that I can file a grievance and petition for a refund. I paid for the product in full. It was never mailed after 2 months and now maybe another month maybe I'll get A refund. I contacted the sender and still have not received a response. Poor service, too difficult to try to get a refund.

This was my first order with DH gate. I ordered 13 items from 13 different sellers and each item was assigned its own order number. There were issues with two of the orders. I was able to resolve one issue with the seller. The other order was escalated to a dispute at the suggestion of customer service. I am an old man, not very good with computers, and customer service walked me through the dispute process. I had some difficulties but they were very patient. I believe I contacted them three times and dealt with three different agents and they were all very courteous, helpful and patient.
It is impossible to return anything due to high shipping costs so you are stuck when merchandise is not worth the price. I am embarrassed to say how much I paid for a Mother of the Bride dress but the workmanship is dreadful I am out a lot of money because it will cost over $100 shipping to return it. Never, ever buy anything expensive. Cheap junk is ok because if you are not happy you can just toss it.
The seller of this dress misleads buyers by claiming a 99% approval rating but the rating is for costume jewelry not VERY EXPENSIVE DRESSES. You have to really dig to find that information. The seller claimed a high end brand name but the workmanship was shoddy and amateurish. The mediation process was a huge disappointment too. Jamie, the analyst just pretty much forwards emails and took 6 days to respond to me when the standard is two.
I must emphasize. DO NOT BUY anything that you are not prepared to throw out because it is too expensive to return anything making the guarantees useless.
