I sent a review for DHgate here for an item i ordered and paid extra for DHL 2-5 days delivery but it's a month now no news nor NO item received. DHgate answered through your website giving me a tracking no. I rang our local post office who informed me that the tracking no DHgate gave me is already successfully delivered and signed for in Cardiff. My address is very clear and millions miles away from Cardiff. I am wondering is this just a mistake or DHgate is not true and just fooling costumers?

Answer: Yes. Even when they send you the wrong product, dhgate finds for the seller, not the buy. Stuff sent isn't what is advertised. So many unhappy customers, that's why I posted my review. Will never buy from them again. Ever
