DH gate allowed a seller to steal over $300 from my 13 year old. Terrible customer protection! The seller sent us the wrong type of electric scooter and it was defective. He acted like he was resolving the matter and gave us info to return product. He then stopped communicating. DH gate acted like they were assisting but ultimately blamed me for the process I followed. I was given a cell number and the guy I talked to admitted that there were multiple frauds occurring. These guys are allowing criminals to steal from people over their exchange.

This place is a complete rip off. The sellers do not turn on their emails. The website is a maze that no one can figure out. If you email with customer service they do nothing. I ordered a jacket in Large and they put a false tag on a small and sent it to me and I tried to open a dispute, which is impossible. Went on live chat and have never heard back. I just want to return jacket and apparently that is going to be impossible. Such a cheat. Pay the extra $ and go to eBay or Amazon.

I emailed this company 5 days ago some puma Ferrari shoes I want to buy (2 pair). The description they had written didn't match the picture or the product that I had previously bought from a store. A something felt a bit fishy about this deal. Anyhow I'm sill waiting on answer from them. So disappointing. I was willing to give DHGate a try as I really wanted these shoes. Dhgate has impressed me with the ease of purchasing consumer goods from China. I have had little issues with purchasing aside from one accidental purchase that was easily resolved. The only advice I give is to check out the seller you are buying from as they are only using dhgate as a selling service: some sellers are more reliable than others. That being said, dhgate does a good job regulate who can and who cannot sell on the website.
