Now my review is on Sitejabber WITH full pictures and videos! BE CAREFUL OF THIS SELLER! My 1st negative review, I rarely give bad reviews. Bought US9, ordered on 18 September 2023, received box damaged, received shoe with US9 label but tried wearing it, it fits US7. Tried raised dispute to DHGate mediation WITH pictures, tried to upload video in DHGate app and web browser but failed! In the end, DHGate side with seller instead of buyer, claiming that my evidence is not valid BUT AT THE SAME TIME, quickly released payment to seller and closed immediately. One more thing, purchased using DHL delivery, received the parcel WITHOUT the DHL label! I paid more expensive delivery but seller use cheapest delivery service. Tried contacting seller but seller keeps denying. My first time shopping at DHGate AND WILL BE MY LAST TIME shopping from this seller and DHGate. Never ever going to buy anything from this seller AND ALSO DHGate ever again!

Don't buy from this Web site they do not deliver. There is no customer service to contact or anyone to talk too. Delivery date keeps changing so you can't dispute order or request refund. I purchase a laser machine from DHgate and it was never received. I have requested a refund and they never respond. I file a new one every 2 days. Had to go to Chase and file a fraud claim. Do Not order anything from this company.

I placed an order on December 31,2022 and the day after I began to get bank alerts letting me know that a an overseas entity was trying to access my account and alerts over my landline. I made my payment via PayPal. I have contacted them several times to let them know that I have not yet received my order and I get the same "canned" response. They want me to believe that my items are sitting in customs, but I have not received anything from customs letting me know that they have received the package or that there are any problems processing the package. As of today, September 27,2023, I have not received anything I ordered from DHgate.

Cheap over priced junk, steer clear of this seller, they use deceptive advertising to sell cheap junk. If it sounds too good to be true, well don't be taken like I did. For what you'll pay on their site you can get here, Stateside for much less. If you want or need to return something you'll get to pay for that too! Oh BTW, here is picture of the electric blanket they sold me, it measures just under 5 feet by just under 2.3 feet, definitely not a "blanket".

In 2018 I transferred money into my DHpay account in order to purchase items online from the DHgate platform. Since then, I have been unable to purchase items using the funds or even refund the money back to my personal account. When I tried, I have been given various nonsensical reasons by agents of DHgate. I have basically been robbed of my money ($281.69) by this DHgate platform.
Unless you want to be robbed of your money, I would never recommend this platform.

I've paid for 5 things from DHgate and only received 2. It's too bad because the products I did purchase, that were not expensive (<$30) were fine, arrived in good time and are good products. The cosmetic products I purchased were around $100 each and I NEVER RECEIVED them. I filed disputes, etc, etc but it's really difficult to communicate with anyone, and unfortunately I'm out a couple hundred dollars. So unfortunately, this site can't be trusted.

I bought 2 pair of "Carhartt" shorts for $100+ from seller (h6677). Their chart showed XXL as size 45ish (116cm). I'm a 38-40 in waist and these were too tight to wear. When I asked for a refund/return, they want me to pay shipping.They also offered 2 more pair for the price os shipping ($25). But, I doubt the XXXL size will fit, based on their size chart. They then offered $15 for shipping but, I have no use for shorts that don't fit and I don't want to pay more money for their mistake! When I said "no", they ghosted me.
