Their site will be out soon. I ordered over 200 dollars work of items and the sellers keep pushing the due date back. I never got my items I was told I would have all of my items by August 8,2023z I can't track anything. The sad part was this was some stuff for me kids for school. Highly disappointed. I ordered a pair of shoes in the mail and they came in and looked good. I wrote the review as postive to the seller. Then I took off the tag and found red dye and orange dye on the wing. I scrubbed for an hour and it wasn't coming off. I finally contacted the seller and all he did was waste my time saying "did you try scrubbing it" after I told him I already scrubbed it for hours. Terrible experience and I would NEVER recommend buying from this website and app. Its not worth the risk

I ordered jeans and they never arrived! They are very slow but this order was months! I finally tracked down the package tracking info and the package arrived in the US on June 27th! The tracking stopped there! I contacted the seller and he told me the package was lost and he no longer carried the item. In other words he never had the item! I have not been able to reach since I got his message and DHGate will not allow me to file a claim! Stay away and save your hard earned $!

I ordered a watch from these scam artists, and it arrived broken. I instantly messaged the seller, who ignored me at first. I messaged him a few more times until he finally told me to take it to get repaired! Obviously, this was ridiculous, however, as I had waited weeks for it to arrive, I took it to a watch mender. He told me that it was not worth fixing, as it would be cheaper to buy a new watch. I messaged the seller and he offered me a £2 money off voucher. I was obviously unhappy. I went through DhScam's dispute process (which always sides with the seller, because they get a cut of your money) and after send proof snd many many messages, I was given a £10 refund (which still has not been processed). This is only a very small amount of what I paid. I have tried to contact them on many occasions, and i'm now losing the will to live. I don't think that I will ever see my money again, as it seems that they are beyond the law and can do what ever they want. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

I have bought 2 items on this site and would highly discourage anyone from wasting your time and money. I disputed the quality of the item and went to DH gate disputing. They decided that I could get a full refund if I returned the item. Here's the catch...in order to get by $85 refund it would cost me $66 to send the item back to China via the post office. Such a scam! Honestly, do not waste your efforts on the DHgate site. The quality of merchandise is horrible. Nothing like the pictures on the website. They really should be shut down.

I have 5 different orders from DHGATE...all different sellers. NONE of my orders were at least decent... fake products, if you ask to return the item (i tried w different sellers) they will give you the biggest headache, forever to respond, impossible to contact customer service! In the end, if the seller finally agrees to pay for freight (some dont), you have to put more money on top of it, and the only reimburse you get is credit to buy more garbage in this company... please SAVE YOUR MONEY...even Aliexpress is mich better, at least you cam contact cistomer service and they can send you a shipping label at no cost to you.
Just so you understand how much money I lost:
- Paid 30 for a tshirt (piece of garbage...the pics they had is definitely not from the same tshirt, different colors, poor material) and the cost to send it back to china is 40 (which I have to pay to get credit w them...i dont want anything from dhgate anymore, not even for free)
- paid 130$ for runners, that came deffective, and the cost to send back from canada, is 90$ ( which again wont be refunded to me, will b applied as fcking credit)
- paid 70$ for sandals, came all squeezed and marked in the bag...the cost to send back to china is 80$ (I DONT WANT CREDIT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK) - at least this seller was kind enough to offer to send me something else that I chose at no cost, and keep the shoes... but thats it...only ONE seller that at least tried to help (still lost my money)...
All the rest is garbagw, sellers are SCAMMERS! They dont even reply to you and dhgate wont help either... donate your money to charity...

I ordered a product that I liked. Others liked it so I placed another order of the same item. They sent a variation of the order that clearly doesn't look the same. I have been going back a forth with the seller for almost a month now with no avail. They do not want to send the proper item ordered. I ordered 60 of the item.
