Just getting worse. Stop sending your 5 or 6 emails per day - everyday. I don't want them.
I don't deserve this harassment and I refuse to change my email address because of your unethical behaviour.
You fix it... it's your responsibility under Australian Consumer law.
I've unsubscribed over 20 times. I've emailed them over 10 times to tell them to stop sending me marketing emails.
They just ignore it and keep sending me more emails.
I just want them to leave me alone. It's beyond a joke.
I placed an order and was given a rough dispatch date only to find this changed a number of times to future dates. After four weeks I received half of my order and on the fifth week I was informed the remainder of my order had been cancelled. The customer care team had no idea giving me the obligatory answer and the communications were very poor indeed.
Since purchasing my first product from your company I can not fault anything. The only issue which can't be helped anyway is the sometimes lengthier delivery from overseas which is fine. Keep up the great work.
Ordered 2 products, one came from overseas but they came within the time frame estimated. I had to return one product which was shoes because it was the wrong size (ordered as assumed size AU but it was in fact UK size), contacted them about needing to return the product and they were fine about it, and received my refund. So I am happy to shop with deals direct.
I ordered 2x sheets set at the end of December 2019 & now February & still not arrived. Contacted customer service & so unapologetic & not at all helpful. Told them want to cancel order but they said it's all ready shipped. I am going to return goods as soon as I receive them... whenever that maybe

Totally scammed. Ordered artificial grass with exact measurements for what we needed and received grass that was nearly 1m short (width x 2 lots). Have been unable to get in contact with VIK LUTHRA in regards to getting another one sent out to finish order order or money back. Being a specific colour we are unable to finish our project to which we bought the grass for the begin with. Waste of money. The communication with issues is zero. Will be taking this further

I bought a gazibo for my dad for Xmas, unfortunately the gazibo doesn't erect correctly (the poll is larger than the casing it is meant to go through) I have tried emailed Deals direct with little response. I have sent them a video showing how it doesn't erect and they sent me a video back of how to efect it. Which obviously won't work as it is faulty. When I ask for one that works correctly or a refund (send it back) they do not reply or answer the phone. Never again would I buy from deals direct and I will be making sure I spread the word.

We purchased a mattress with deals direct, I have tried for weeks to rectify the issue online thru their page to no avail. I think they use overseas personel that has not very good english/understanding.
I have now sent a complaint onto ACCC.
The mattress we believe is faulty as we sink into the middle of it, we are not happy with the quality.
Absolultely atrocious customer service. I order two gifts for my wife for Christmas. This was on the 2 December. Delivery was promised between the 17th and 23rd. Well it's the 23rd and according to their website it hasn't even left their premises. It looks like my wife will miss out. Despite several messages I have heard nothing back. Thankfully I went through PayPal and have launched an investigation. Next step will be the ACCC and Consumer Affairs. Avoid this company like the plague. They obviously are happy to take your money but not send you the goods or provide any customer service.

Ordered for my granddaughter and the dates were confusing did not arrive until a week later than on the system. I had ordered from Amazon another parcel which was far more efficient, please sort your deliveries out as your stock is excellent.
Ordered a sofa cover 4 weeks ago with an expected delivery date of between 20 - 26 November. Now December 2 and haven't received my purchase or had any correspondence from Deals Direct at all about any problems. They obviously don't give a crap because they already have my money. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would.

I love that I can order items from multiple 'stores' at one time and that I only pay one delivery fee. It's great that items are sent as they are available rather than waiting for all items to be sent together. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that the shopping cart empties too quickly so if I don't buy things straight away they're gone! I understand that you can't hold items without intent to purchase but at least something to remind me what it was I wanted and where to find it :)
I have had both good and bad experiences with deals direct. Would still continue to shop with the organization but would recommend better customer service such as a phone line that gets answered and delivery dates that are actually correct
I am big on online shopping and have ordered a couple of things from dealsdirect.
Every time the product was flawless and with great packing to avoid and damage.
Delivery was super quick.
Never had to go to their customer service so dont know about them but i guess thats a good thing.:-)
I bought some curtain lights the clips didn't fit my curtain rod cost me $ 30, I sent the lights back still no refund after 2 weeks plus $10 postage not happy at all and won't shop here again, I have sent emails and no reply I sent a message from websites contact form they actually replied but I can't read the reply because I don't have an account why they didn't reply via email is beyond me, buyer beware with deals direct

Have placed several orders with both dealsdirect and ozsale. This company provides for parcel point delivery on their website, yet items do not reach parcel point! Estimated delivery date is no where near what they've said. Fast delivery which was supposed to be dispatched within 24hrs took well over 2-3wks! When items finally arrived it was too late, so I returned them all for full refund, with tracking! Parcels arrived back with them late July/early August... and yet still no refund! Customer service keeps saying 5 days to process after it took them 5 days to approve the refund, that's when they bother replying! AND after I informed them that I wanted a full refund was given a credit note! AS IF I WOULD BUY THERE AGAIN! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I've now raised paypal disputes and raising this with the ACCC. Seriously, you should read the responses from customer service! What a joke!

Terrible
Ordered more than 4 weeks before Christmas and less than half presents arrived.
All efforts of contacting them generated a computer response. I am about to conplain to fair trading and will not order off this site again.
Ordered something on DD then immediately saw the identical product for cheaper also on DD. Checked the faq about refunds for change of mind and it said "We are generally able to cancel your order if the sales event is still online and has not closed. To request a cancellation please send our Customer Service Department a contact message." so I also purchased the cheaper one, and messaged them to cancel the first, more expensive one. This whole process took five minutes or less from the placing of first order. They replied two days later (the sale was still open) saying it couldn't be cancelled, so I ended up with two identical items, one cheap and one not. So just be aware they sell identical things at different prices & the faq is... not particularly accurate.

As for the issue with the prices, we do have to adjust prices as these things are effected by where the stock is coming from, the tax and freight that we have to pay on the items, exchange rates, and other factors. For example, we could have the same item from an AU supplier, and a US supplier, and both the RRP and sale price could be different, due to the factors above. If you ever see this, feel free to raise it to us, as we are usually able to look into it, and refund any discrepancies as a show of goodwill.
Appalling service! I ordered an item and was told that it would be delivered within 10 working days. It has now been three weeks and the item has still not arrived. All the customer service staff I have encountered have been unhelpful and rude. Considering they claim to be "Australia's #1 Online department store" I would have expected better service and faster postage.
Money was deducted from my account this morning but its the 1st time I hear of your its not like iv hear order anything from your I don't know what your do.
