“Liar. Scam”

Totally scammed. Ordered artificial grass with exact measurements for what we needed and received grass that was nearly 1m short (width x 2 lots). Have been unable to get in contact with VIK LUTHRA in regards to getting another one sent out to finish order order or money back. Being a specific colour we are unable to finish our project to which we bought the grass for the begin with. Waste of money. The communication with issues is zero. Will be taking this further

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust product description. Although If you buy prepared to be stuck with faulty or wrong product and also with no way of communicating with seller to get issue remedied
