I cannot seem to call or chat with Dealsdot.com I ordered my item and no one texted to give me an update about it

Ordered a rug $239 on 10/12/2019 for christmas as a gift.
It is 14/01/2020 and cannot get an answer as to the status of the order!

Sorry to do this but I have been waiting since 13th November more then 3 weeks for a delivery. Also found it imposible to delete an old delivery address.

Ordered clothes online 22/6 and still yest to be dispatched. 7 emails all polite but totally unhelpful, Will not refund me. BEWARE

Im stiĺl waiting on info on replacing my fitness tracker that doesnt work and have been waiting for 3 wks now and its supposed to b a christmas present

Ordered 2 products, one came from overseas but they came within the time frame estimated. I had to return one product which was shoes because it was the wrong size (ordered as assumed size AU but it was in fact UK size), contacted them about needing to return the product and they were fine about it, and received my refund. So I am happy to shop with deals direct.

I regularly buy from Deals Direct and have found products in all categories to be great quality and price. Customer service has always been awesome and I will be purchasing again and again in the coming months.

I've been dealing with DealsDirect for many years now and the products are great whether it's big or small. Delivery is always on time unless stock has become low, but they do their best to keep you up to date of where your order is up too.

I have found Deals Direct a boon, especially as I am somewhat disabled and rely on others to drive me to "real" shops. Their online store has as much variety as most malls, the price are usually better, and the quality is very good. Combine all of those pluses with fast dispatch and delivery, I think it wins out for me every time.

I received a product which didn't meet my needs so I chose to return and omg how easy to return product. Fill out the online form, wait for a response then print and pay for the return postage all without much hassle and then receive email notification of refund. Easier than waiting in queues at the store. Thanks Deals Direct. Most efficient returns ever.

Deals Direct are great to purchase from and delivery is very prompt with products being well packed. However, I find that the product range is not very comprehensive in areas such as camping and was very surprised that there were no lazy sofas for sale as these are a very popular product. Overall I am happy with the website and know they can be trusted.

I have used Deals Direct for approximately 20 purchases over the past few years. Apart from one purchase, which was promptly replaced (without extra charge), I have found my online shopping experience very good. In fact out of all my online purchases, I have used them the most.
I am hard to please and would drop them in a heart beat, but to date, I have had no reason to do so.

Deals Direct offer quality products at reasonable costs. Postage always arrives before deadline, with up to date communication on orders. I am always happy with their service, and helpful customer service.

I have been shopping with DD for many years and have always found their website easy to navigate, their prices are usually better than in the shops. The quickly pack and post your order so delivery is usually extremely quick.

So glad I found DealsDirect. I've done most of my Christmas shopping this year through the site. Huge variety of items for every age and interest. Delivery is fast and I love the fact I'm kept up to date on delivery so not kept guessing when the parcels will arrive. Good quality items and I'll definitely be shopping for our new home next year.

Great implementation of a popular concept. I can browse, select and pay online at anytime of the day. And the next step is the stuff arrives at my door. I don't have to hit the shops and struggle with crowds. Most of the offers are heavily discounted so I don't need to trawl through retail outlooks to look for the bargains. It's a pity that the link from email often says the sale is not open.

Great variety of items, always good sales, although I have had one experience where it has taken over 3-4 weeks for my items to turn up (all at different times). And my latest experience I bought a little pink storage item, when it turned up it was marked and had a terrible smell like mothballs.

Family of 6 I've purchased everything from a huge gazebo for my daughters 21st to a "lot" of wine over quite a few years one favourite is our drink fountain comes out a few times a year especially Christmas. Thankyou cheers Jeni
