Tried ordered a pc, but half the items weren't in stock and they were not accommodating. Customer service is basically non existent. Avoid wasting your time. Go with someone else.
Bought a computer from them roughly two months ago and I love it!
I had every intention in the world of building my own system and had found everything online that I wanted to equip it with. Out of curiousity sake I searched a few advertised "custom" built pc shops. Most of them couldn't touch the price I was going to pay to build it, until I got to CyberpowerPC. They actually built me a better system for roughly $500 less than buying the components myself would have cost me. I know you think I'm doing some crazy, reckless truth-bending, but I promise it was a MINIMUM of $500 (based largely on the processor, windows 7 cost and the video card)--they run different specials all the time, many for only a day or so which is how I got my great deal. I scored a free processor upgrade and a free video card upgrade. If you are the patient type you can save another 5% off your order by waiting three weeks for them too put it together and ship it. Shipping is also free and pretty well done.
The only issue i had was the case I ordered wasn't the greatest, and one of the fans that it shipped with was hitting the frame and making a terrible noise. It was a pretty easy fix though so no biggie. Otherwise this thing is big, beautiful, and run's Crysis 2 like nobody's business, all for under $1400. The same thing through Dell or Alienware would have cost twice that easy.
I can't recommend these guys enough.
In June of 2022 I purchase a desktop computer from CyberPower. The computer came with two mice and one keyboard. Two weeks ago both the keyboard and mouse had failed. I contacted customer support regarding the issue and was instructed to specify which mouse failed. I sent the details and was instructed that the mouse needed to be returned before replacement, but the keyboard was not a problem. I mailed the damage mouse in and threw away the keyboard. When the replacement keyboard arived I noticed it was not the same as the original. I notified the CSR Victor of this and he indicated I had two keyboards with my order and like my mouse I needed to send the keyboard back. Which normally I would have no issue doing, but it was already thrown out. When I expressed this to the CSR Victor he indicated it was needed for a replacement and that there was nothing he could do. When I asked him to correct his mistake he indicated that he never instructed me to throw out the broken keyboard. I now need to spend $100 on a keyboard for a CSR's negligence, which he could have easily acknowledged and corrected. I would not do business with this company, if they will cheap you out of a keyboard, who knows what they'll do with your cpu, ram, gpu, or motherboard fail...
I received a broken Pc. Cyberpowerpc does not give a $#*! about you. DONT buy a Pc from this BS compagnie this is the only advide I can give you. I totaly regret my experience.\
They dont give a $#*! about their services, their product AND their cleints. If I could give 0 star I would
Boken HDD and Broken/unpluged/lousse wires...
CyberPowerPC sold me a laptop with a defective keyboard and is making me pay the extremely high shipping cost to get a refund on the defective product they sold me.
Bought pc during the pandemic when nobody could find graphics cards.ordered pc from best buy and got it super quick with a 3070!
Buckle up. This was about the weirdest and less than stellar interaction I have ever had with a "reputable" company. I ordered a Custom PC build that was ultimately cancelled within a day. I received an email stating my card address is different than my mailing address and they couldn't process payment and needed me to pay a different way. I called Capital One and confirmed my address was correct. Capital One then called CyberPowerPC and we were transferred to a Mr. Willis and he told the Capital One rep that the capital one system isn't showing the same address as the one I gave CyberPower. Capital One confirmed with him that the address was the same. He told her there wasn't anything he could do… she asked for a supervisor, he stated he was the supervisor, she asked for a different supervisor, he said he was the only one to talk with. He was very passive aggressive and defensive and didn't want to answer her questions about the purchase. Just so happens this Mr. Willis was the person I was emailing back and forth before calling, asking for me to pay a different way. Capital One suggested I cancel the order, which I did. I also attempted to send an email to customer service…. Yep, you guessed it. Email went straight to Mr. Willis. So even attempting to go around this guy failed. It felt very scammy. I understand trying to protect against credit card fraud but this whole process was absurd and very odd. Hope this helps someone.
I've had my CyberPowerPC computer for 2.5 years now. Throughout that time, it's given me issues but I've pushed through because I paid a lot of money for it. All the issues have been video issues. This always led me to believe that it was my GPU. Instead of doing any repairs or replacements, CyberPowerPC rep, Victor, continued to have me take my PC apart and perform workarounds to extend the life of my GPU. Never once was "replacement" ever mentioned. Now that we're past the one year parts warranty, here is the response I get when I insist on repair:
Victor (CyberPowerPC)
Nov 29,2023, 3:09 PM PST
You are within the labor warranty, however, you would be responsible for shipping the PC to us, as well as the cost of any parts we would replace and the cost of return shipping the PC back to you.
Any parts we would replace would only have a 30 day warranty, so if there is an issue with the PC or GPU after that and they need to be replaced, it would be the same process.
A pleasure to be of service,

What sort of "customer service" is this? Making the customer pay for shipping, repairs, parts, and return shipping? And wrapping it all up with a nice condescending "A pleasure to be of service." My oldest wants a gaming computer and I should've been a returning customer. Many of the college grads we hire, their first purchase is a gaming computer and they ask me where they should buy. Suffice it to say, CyberPowerPC will never have my business again nor will they receive my recommendation
I bought a pc from them, with all the best stuff they had to put in it. I spent 5,773.95. One of the three fans of the AIO Liquid CPU Cooling System w/ Copper Cold Plate stopped working. I contacted the costumer service 9/8/2022 around 3:30 PM. The young woman talking to me spent 10 seconds talking to me and then said she ordered an AIO cooler and needed to confirm my shipping address. As I began to tell her my address she hangs up on me. I call back and get a young man he then helps me buy it's a pain because I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to assembling a computer, that's why I bought a prebuilt. He then says I will get an email and it will have the shipping label because I spent extra getting the year of shipping. I get the email and there is no label and I now have to call back. Spending thousands should get you a little bit of respect, not people hanging up on you or being facetious. I feel like $#*! now and now have to call them back. This really sucks.
I'm editing this review because I just remembered some more stuff about when I ordered it. I have the emails to back it up. I ordered the pc December 1st, the warehouse date was December 7th. I emailed them Tuesday January 18th at 2:13 PM asking for an update. I get a reply saying the Order is on hold, because the CPU fan is back ordered and No ETA. I then upgrade to a new AIO that is $126 more, which is the one that just failed on me.
On top of it all they are facetious, having to call that guy back was, the tone in his voice was $#*!ed up. $#*! that website. When they $#*! up this AIO replacement I'll update the review.
Absolute trash pc, as soon as I opened it from the box you could hear parts of the pc jingling around on the inside. Worked for a little while but kept noticing it would shut off randomly… found out the graphics card (2060s) kept coming unseated. Normally that is not an issue however, the junk motherboard on this PC for whatever reason couldnt hold the graphics card in place. Also all the parts from the wires to the switches are cheap junk I paid somewhere around 1400 for this pc and I will never again buy a cyberpower PC EVER absolute garbage junk. After a while say about a year the graphics card decided to stop working entirely…. The computer just couldn't recognize it or something because it wouldn't even booty up. In the end I decided to not even deal with their terrible customer service and I smashed the computer into pieces because it is such $#*!ing junk do yourself a favor and buy a name brand like ASUS, Alienware or, Hp thanks $#*! cyberpower their prices should literally be cut in half for the absolute junk parts they use.
Good came quick works really well love everything about it i recommend it if you are getting STARTED
Will preface this by saying the first one I bought (same exact model and specs) died shortly after I got it, but that was likely because I tried installing more RAM before even booting it up for the first time. If you buy your gaming PC from a store like Best Buy, they'll be more than happy to exchange it for another if something goes wrong and it doesn't work properly. I returned it and got another, actually waited for everything to set up before I installed my RAM this time, and boom! Best PC I've ever had, it keeps telling me to turn all my games settings up HIGHER! Including heavily modded Skyrim, Just Cause 3, etc.
As for the price of the PC, it was amazing! Operative word being WAS. When I bought it, the chip shortage and pandemic supply chain breakdown weren't fully in effect. Also they appear completely sold out of most places close to the holidays, I got mine before November last year. I would never buy a gaming PC direct with to-customer shipping. In person with return policy is the only way to go.
I would rate my satisfaction with my prebuilt CyberpowerPC desktop at 10/10, never required support/assistance from the company themselves as the AMD software that came with the computer kinda manages everything automatically, literally making sure everything is stable after each update, and Best Buy makes sure they work at the store and they have a return/exchange policy.
Firstly, I've been excited for this PC since late March. The shipping took over a month. Still super excited to receive it. Second, it didn't have WiFi capability (for us non-tech savvy people that should've been mentioned upon purchase). Third, it came with a disc to install software and no drive (again, should've been mentioned). Fourth and most important, it abruptly shut off and died on me within a week of having it in my possession. Turns out, they power supply tanked. You may be wondering- it's a brand new PC... how did it die in a week? Well, I am wondering the same. When agreeing to receiving a new PS and having a hold place on a payment card until I send back the old one, I did not expect that process to not even start (were on day 4 now) until lord knows when. Then, once that goes through I need to wait ANOTHER 7-10 for the product to be shipped to me. All of this- absolutely not my problem. When asking if they can expedite the shipping, they told me that would be an extra charge. Why if your company messed up? Also speaking about customer service- the employees are certainly lacking in that department. Instead of empathy, respect, and integrity; I received a callous, rude, and demeaning response. This company is more worried about bringing in new customers with their deals and sales rather than rectifying ongoing issues with their CURRENT customers. The company is one of the worsts I've ever bought with. Long story short, I do not recommend and please do your research before buying from Cyberpowerpc. Try not to look at old reviews but look at the newer ones, you may be shocked they are not so good.
Cyberpower PC used a 4 year OLD HARD DRIVE From 2015 in a 2019 Computer.
When you call to report Problem they suddenly don't have a record with S/N and date of Purchase.
I purchased a pc for 2700 and it arrived with no GPU. I purchased this CyberPowerPC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 - 1TB SSD - Black
I would advise everyone to check the PC before leaving the store. This is the first time I have ever had a PC arrive missing components. I will never purchase from CyberPower PC again.
I ordered a PC from CyberPower PC June 23 2021. The first attempt at ordering was nullified because their website wouldn't process my payment. I had to reorder 2 days later and that cost me an additional $50 because the discount I had tried to use was no longer in effect. The PC was processed and shipped on July 19 2021. When the PC arrived the GPU was dead on arrival.
In trying to call customer service to get an RMA I was consistently presented a wait time of 5-7 minutes. That was a lie as wait times were well over 1.5 hours on multiple days because who has that kind of time to sit and wait on the phone. I was finally able to RMA the dead GPU and that shipped back to them on July 27th. It was delivered on August 1st but was not acknowledged as received until August 14. A second video card was sent out on Sept 17 and arrived on Sept 22. This GPU was also DoA.
Repeat of the process of trying to get a hold of customer service for RMA, shipped card back on October 8 and was delivered on October 14. Delivery was acknowledged as received on October 22. No status updates since then though status has been requested.
If I were you I would find an alternative to CyberPower PC for your computer needs. Their components are clearly sub par, and their customer service is abysmal.
Cyberpower saved my faith in computers, I own the PREBUILT GAMING PC GLX ******* ordered back in November and it works great, easy set up, fast for all my needs; I am a gamer/streamer/etc. Before finding Cyberpower I had an brutal experience with a company called Asus, I had gotten a computer from them and after a few weeks it would blue screen and after 6 phone calls I sent the computer back for repairs, lets just say they ended up having the computer longer then I did trying to fix it (never figuring it out) and every time I called I got the "I'll escalate your request" but after doing that for 3 months I decided to go on the hunt for a new computer (scared to death though) and a good friend told me about Cyberpower and I am not disappointed. The computer is the quietest computer I have ever heard; well not heard. I was able to easily set up all my 4 monitor's even one being wireless. I 100% give 5 stars, if I could I would do more. I love the fact I can choose colors from ones that flash and others that don't. I was shocked how easy everything has been, has hook-ups and ports for everything I need. Thank you again Cyberpower for being a great company. I look forward to making them my go to for all my computer needs in the future.
Computer came with corrupt motherboard and only response I got from Cyberpower was to bad to sad.
Stay away from these computers at all cost.
Answer: They sell inferior hardware, and can't seem to diagnose issues without breaking the hardware. It's not a scam in the traditional sense. You'll definitely get something, it just won't be worth the money, and dealing with them isn't worth the stress or time.
Answer: Wanted a custom build machine with two video cards. Few companies do that, and most of those are for the uber gamer which I am not.
Answer: Get ahold of them? Not hard, just a long wait. But them being able to assist you appropriately and in a meaningful way? Not really.
