Get ahold of them? Not hard, just a long wait. But them being able to assist you appropriately and in a meaningful way? Not really.
On guy is the gate keeper, beyond that there is no customer service from what I experienced.
You can get customer service, but don't expect them to actually give you customer service. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced.
