I gave it 4 stars because the cpu cooler that comes with it will never let it get cool enough to perform properly. Everything else is fine in this system. I went on youtube and found a video to replace the cpu cooler for $40 without much trouble. Here is the link to the cpu cooler update process. The guy even has videos on upgrading the cyberpowerpc with upgrades.

All of the prebuilts seem to have a problem with the cpu cooler stock fan and brick. This one has the problem but is easy to solve.
I used to always buy either XPS or HP envy systems until a friend told me about cyberpower PCs. They are signifincantly less expensive than the compeitition for 17.3 inch laptops. If you do a spec by spec comparison against other name brand gaming pcs cyberpower will almost always cost less.
This was an amazing purchase and i would do it a million more times if i could. Cyberpower pc's are amazing at what they do and fulfill what you are purchasing to the max and even give you extra free goodies. 10/10 would recommend.
Just a Note, I am from Kentucky so therefor it does take a while to ship it back in forth and to add one, we have been having a lot of tornadoes.
So I ordered a 3,000$ Custom PC from these people, it arrived within 2 weeks which is really good considering it had an 3080 but turns out it had a defective GPU, I emailed the support and within 3 days, I was already given a Label and today it is being shipped back for free. Honestly their support is semi fast and really good.
Got my desktop (AMD Ryzen 5 7600 - 16GB Memory) with cyberpower and its awesome, no complaints. It holds all my games and functions like it's supposed to. They also have a great customer service.
Got the computer and let it warm up to room temp for a couple of hours and fired it up. It ran like it should and everything I ordered was included. They sent it double boxed in the corsair case box and the padding and in a larger box. No damage to the computer at all, not even scratch. This is the second computer I have gotten from them and will buy from them again. I chose an AMD5 processor with a 7900xt GPU. I went AMD5 because it is the start of socket while intel's was the end of theirs and I can get upgrades after the fact. Ran out of money for the 7900 xtx but I only run a 2k monitor and the 7900xt runs all the games at ultimate on 2k.
I got this pc & i more then enjoy it. I dont see myself looking back. Highly recommended for anyone whos on a slight budget.
This brand new over 2 grand customized pc I got from last week we're failed on hardware and forced to restart several times. Today it cannot even reboot. No matter what happens to repair or refund, as a brand new product, they failed!
Ordering was easy. The computer was built and sent in the timeframe depicted. So far the computer is useless. It came with a defective part. It's taking forever to get a replacement for that part. It's been a month. These people are slow. I'm very disappointed and wish I'd gone with someone elsewhere
Ordered a top of the line PC during the parts shortage when the 30 series cards came out. I don't know if they were overwhelmed or just poorly trained but man... this thing was in bad shape.
Issues:
- 6 month wait time
- HDD not connected
- Broken fan on arrival
- Dying fan after 1 month
- CPU thermal paste sub par
- Protective film still on M.2 thermal pad
- The longest daisy chain of fans I have ever seen
- Missing motherboard hardware
- 3090 died just out of warranty
- Incorrect memory timings
- Terrible customer service (ghosted 3 times then when i was out of warranty they were very fast to reply)
Trash company. Avoid like the plague!
Their decent prices don't come without consequences... when I got my pc from them it's started artifacting off the bat and had to replace the graphics which at least they replaced for free. Then just after a year of having it, the motherboard and power supply died so I had to replace that, (warranty up after a year) now still under a year and a half owning it, my graphics card just died... on top of that their wiring job was horrendous making it take forever to replace things like the motherboard. Since buying the pc I've met others who have had similar horror stories. They must purposely buy parts that are compromised or they have the worst QC ever. Either don't make the same mistake as me.
I brought this piece of trash gaming computer for my last year for my son as a Christmas present. We are close to one year of purchase and the computer no longer works. The screen goes black and turns it self off. I was told it sounds like the graphic card. I called support and was told because it was purchased on November, it's outside of the warranty. I can't just afford to drop $1800. I saved and picked up extra shifts to get this computer. I wanted to ensure he had it for Christmas. There are too many bad reviews for. This company. They produce garbage merchandise and should be fined. Now that they have my $1800 I have to seek help elsewhere and pay between $600 to $1400 for what was obviously defective and poor workmanship from the very beginning. Save your money and don't fall for the nicely packaged poop!
I bought a custom PC from this sweatshop (cyberpowerpc) and received a pc case full of broken components. I haven't even had it a week yet so I reached out to a manager-in-training Willis. After holding on the phone for 2 and a half hours he told me there was nothing he could do. I spent 3 grand on this unusable PC. These crooks will not even honor their own work. They installed pieces upside down and other connections weren't even seated properly. My pc appears to have been assembled by a blind man/woman. I couldn't be more upset with my purchase, do NOT buy from here. This company had integrity years ago, but that is all gone now. Bad business, worse support, unusable 3 thousand dollar pc.
Carlos called my disabled, pregnant significant other a $#*! on the phone when our $2,000 order was placed on hold and we were told we needed to send them additional PII. Our credit card company? Not one problem.
The deal and shipping was good the rest was horrible.
I bought this Pc because I wanted to play games with intense graphics. I made sure that when buying the pc the graphics card would support what I was looking for. Once it arrived I was excited to play, turns out that when I try to run any of these games my pc crashes and resets. I checked the requirements for the games and its not an issue with my pc not supporting it. My Graphics card just does not work. I contacted customer support and was able to get my card replaced., however you have to pay for shipping to get the broken parts there, and once they receive them you have to wait for them to send the new ones back. I can still watch shows on the computer without it crashing, but I cannot use the pc for the sole reason I bought it. The customer support is bad, and my product came broken. I would not buy from them again.
Throughout the lifetime of my warranty, my gpu never worked. They replaced it multiple times with the same gpu (different manufacturers) that had the same issues, until the warranty expired. I never got a working PC from them. I now have to save up for my own gpu so I can use the pc I paid for, when they never supplied working parts to begin with.
CyberPower PC has provided the absolute worst customer service I have ever received, hands down. They sold me a system that had a really poor case for heat and my system kept overheating. They charged me to send it back and when it came back to me it still overheated. They were an absolute pain with everything, they did not offer me anything or any solutions and treated me like garbage. At this point I am just trying to sell this pc and get rid of it.
Ordered a custom pc from Cyberpower. I paid for the extra 3 day shipping. I received the PC late. The 3060ti was defective in it on arrival. Most likely just skipped the entire quality control process. They make you pay to return there broken product. I was also told I would get a refund for the 3 day shipping because it was late via email and screenshots I have. Everytime I call to mention this, the appropriate person doesn't happen to be there everytime or I get forgot about on hold. Highly recommend avoiding Cyberpower.
I placed an order and they said it would be 4 to 7 week and I was ok with that. It took about 10 weeks, again I was ok with that. But when it arrive, the glass side was shattered. I tried calling them and the wait time was astronomical. So, I sent email and email. I never got a response from the support staff. I ordered a new case from someone else and moved the components myself. It works great now.
"Paid for a top of the line system from Cyberpower. The positive is that the system was easy enough to setup, unfortunately it went downhill from there. First of all when I started the system there was a very loud noise coming from the pump motor but since it was new I let it sit and sure enough it eventually left. About a month later the noise returned. Not only did the noise return but I also began noticing residue in the custom loop and other parts despite the fact that clear coolant was used. After doing some research I found that it could have well been that the residue was forming from the Corsair radiator not being properly washed which is something that Cyberpower should have known. Secondly the build itself was done in such a way that they covered up many of the necessary ports needed on the motherboard to the point that you would have to take apart the custom loop (which is hard line btw) in order to get to them. Lastly with regard to the noise in the motor, the issue was due to the fact they didn't correctly connect the 4 pin to the corsair hub or to the motherboard itself (was only connected to PSU) so that the pump could run below maximum which was causing the noise to occur. On top of all of that they stripped several of the compression fittings when putting them in, they put them in way too tight, and they even scratched some of the hard line tubing as well. None of these things should be happening in a build and even less so for their most expensive ones."
Answer: They sell inferior hardware, and can't seem to diagnose issues without breaking the hardware. It's not a scam in the traditional sense. You'll definitely get something, it just won't be worth the money, and dealing with them isn't worth the stress or time.
Answer: Wanted a custom build machine with two video cards. Few companies do that, and most of those are for the uber gamer which I am not.
Answer: Get ahold of them? Not hard, just a long wait. But them being able to assist you appropriately and in a meaningful way? Not really.
