My cushion arrived folded over twice in a small shipping box. Unfortunately, the foam distorted and the fabric wrinkled such that it looked awful on my bench. I was advised, via several emails over a month's time, to both wait for it to return to normal over time and to perform various corrective actions on the defective cushion including ironing it, opening it up to manually smooth it, etc. While this product is presented as one that is "ready-to-use," I, the customer, who paid handsomely for this, patiently conducted all the actions requested. The product did improve after all of MY actions but still has wrinkles and as such is not appropriate for my entrance bench, nor is it what is advertised on the website, nor is it worth the cost. I asked for a replacement or compensation. Never replied. BUYER BEWARE!
My wife and I ordered one rectangular cushion over two months ago. We laid out $230, and patiently waited. Now that it is beyond the time frame the item was supposed to ship, they do not respond to the customer support emails, and only a pre-recorded message for their phone number. There is literally no way to get in touch with anyone, just completely miserable customer service! Take your business elsewhere, you have been warned!

Ordered 1 simple cushion in early March. It is now June 9 and I have no cushion and repeated attempts to email customer service have been ignored. Have turned the whole mess over to Better Business Bureau. Oh... and by the way, my credit card was charged 3 months ago. Do not recommend taking a chance on this company... you just might be the next one to get burned.
After reading good reviews online, I decided to spend the money and order the cushions for my outdoor living.
It took as long as they said to receive them. They look really nice, but the measurements for the chairs were off. I contacted them, they asked for pictures, I sent pictures that clearly showed their mistake. They never contacted me again. I tried phone several times... no luck, and lots of e-mails and still (almost two months later) no reply. I can not use the cushions, much less fix them myself. So very upset and disappointed for paying that much. It is better to go with companies that are bigger and reliable
I ordered a 3" cushion. It was delivered and it is less than 2". When I asked for explanation, was told it was within their margin of error. I measured the foam. It's less than an inch thick! I spent around $300 for a cushion I can't return and won't use. 0% satisfied. Beware. Read the disclaimers. They DO NOT intend to give you what you ordered - otherwise, why the disclaimer?
Plus, the package came all beat up and looked so unprofessional. See the photos.
Ordered these online through the Custom Cushions' site. Unlike some people that wrote reviews, I didn't have any problems. Took a little over 3 weeks to get the cushions but I was prepared for that. Not a problem for me. Workmanship is very good. One seam is slightly crooked but you'd never really notice. Sunbrella fabric is good. The round bolster pillows are excellent. Very pleased with the purchase. Only complaints - the fabric color is slightly off from the picture but I didn't ask for a sample/swatch so my bad. It still looks great. I thought the price was a little too high for the product. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

My bench cushion has just arrived and it is perfect. It was a bit of an odd size - but fits perfectly and the material quality is exactly what I would of expected. Order delivered on schedule and met all my expectations.
They took my money over 3 months ago. Over $250.00. Did not receive my two patio chair cushions. There is no way to reach them. I leave VM's. I leave a message on their website. Not one response am thinking about calling police in Canoga Park, Ca but I don't think they will do anything either.

For the price... value is not there! These have huge creases on one side that will not go away. All along the piping, which was an upcharge, there is horrible puckering. I would not order again, which is sad because I had three other pieces to do.
I recently ordered a bench cushion and just received it. It definitely not satisfied with the product and when I contacted the company basically was told too bad. Their policy is absolutely NO RETURN! This is definitely a company who cares NOTHING about satisfying their customer base so buyer beware. It's an expensive mistake on my part.
We ordered a set of bench seat cushions for an RV bus an a few accent pillows. Was excited to get them and patiently waited the 6 week lead time. When they arrived, only the accent pillows were there. None of the actual cushions. No one answers their phones. No one answers their emails. Beware.
I ordered cushions from this company and the cushion was too big by 1/2 inch. I contacted customer service, sending an email with a photo that clearly showed it was a full 1/2 inch wider than requested. They responded that there was some fine print somewhere that says that the cushion can be 1/2 inch longer or shorter. It's ridiculous amount of leeway that they give themselves and they don't make this clear on their website. Besides this, the piping on the cushions weren't very straight.
Custom Cushions recommended I send a template for a custom bench cushion. I drew a template in CAD, had a reprographics vendor print it, cut it out, and deliver it to me. Then I spent time and money shipping the template to their business address. After checking in with them the following week to confirm receipt, was told they were too understaffed and are not accepting template orders.

This website is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER from here. I placed my order 09/27/22, and waited their advised 15-20 days as was stated was their lead time on the footer of their website. I have been trying to get in contact via email and calling their customer service ever since and have yet been able to speak to ANYONE. As of now, I have received absolutely NO updates regarding my $471.84 order. Prior to all this, I ordered fabric swatches which I DID receive leading me to believe in this business's legitimacy.
Took them over 2 months to make this cushion and it's not the dimensions I ordered, it's not even cut straight in half, has a stain on it and stuff sticking out of the side. Don't waste your time.
WOW - I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before ordering from this company. They are consistent, I will say this. Consistently poor! I placed an order on July 7th. I received the order on 8/28. The wrong order! It was a completely different size, style and color. I understand mistakes happen. It's how the mistakes are handled that makes the difference. I tried calling them. They have a voice message system that basically tells you they are only responding to e-mails. Wish that were true. I e-mailed them and they responded up until the incorrect cushion was picked up. I have now followed up with them (7) times, with zero response. They have the money, they have the returned incorrect cushion. This is so unprofessional and frustrating. BE WARNED - you can see this is NOT an isolated experience. They obviously have no business being in business. Totally unacceptable. The BBB should close you down! Disgusting to treat people this way.
Ordered 3 custom cushions and spent hours providing a template. The middle cushion is 4-5" too big. After numerous answers to their questions and sending many pictures they have gone completely silent. Worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away from this place.
We bought cushions for an indoor chair using striped fabric. The stripes on the top and bottom cushions match *perfectly*. Whoever sewed these covers was an artist. The piping was also well done. Excellent quality. The lead time is longer than I would have liked, but they tell you that up front. And I had no trouble communicating with customer service. Good products and good people. Thanks! Answer: Yes! The cushion is a soft product and will compress a bit, but we like to make sure our customers are informed that the welting does add a bit to the depth and width of the cushion. Please feel free to call or email us with any further questions!
Answer: Hi there, Our welting/piping is about 1/4", but most of our customers don't count that 1/4" into their finished cushions as they feel the cushions will fit nicely against each other quite tightly and the welting will just squish in to create a snug fit. Answer: Hi Ruth, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking about the rounding. A cushion's depth should be measured at the center of the cushion, not on the outside edge where the corner will be cut off on a rounded back cushion. The radius of the curve on each back corner of a rounded back cushion is 10" each. Does that make sense to you? If not then entering 'Measure the radius of a curve' into a search engine may help explain it better and show pictures. Yes, cushions that are folded for shipping usually flatten out within a few days of being removed from the box and laying heavy books on the 'hump' will help expedite the process.
