Question:

Answer:

Yes! The cushion is a soft product and will compress a bit, but we like to make sure our customers are informed that the welting does add a bit to the depth and width of the cushion. Please feel free to call or email us with any further questions!

Question:

Good morning i have measured (and the contractor measured) 64 x 21, and 21x21 for the bench cushions i need that will be in an l shape (2 long, 1 square). i would like welting on the cushions. how much space should i allot for the welting? will the cushions butt up against each other or will the presense of welting create a gap. thanks

Answer:

Hi there, Our welting/piping is about 1/4", but most of our customers don't count that 1/4" into their finished cushions as they feel the cushions will fit nicely against each other quite tightly and the welting will just squish in to create a snug fit. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you, Support@CustomCushions.com

Question:

Answer:

Hi Ruth, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking about the rounding. A cushion's depth should be measured at the center of the cushion, not on the outside edge where the corner will be cut off on a rounded back cushion. The radius of the curve on each back corner of a rounded back cushion is 10" each. Does that make sense to you? If not then entering 'Measure the radius of a curve' into a search engine may help explain it better and show pictures. Yes, cushions that are folded for shipping usually flatten out within a few days of being removed from the box and laying heavy books on the 'hump' will help expedite the process. Question:

I am very concerned that i have heard nothing from this website with regard to my order. i did not receive a confirmation email. i have not received an update on the cushions. it has been well over the original time predicted to make these cushions. as i read these reviews it appears that your company doesn't much care for precision and you are likely to point me back to tiny print on the website if it is off. i am wondering if i should just cancel the order, recall my payment and start over. if the sizing is going to be off by a 1/2 inch in either direction then my wait is for naught. the lack of communication is really unnerving me.

Answer:

Hi Robin, I am very sorry to hear that you are upset with our company and we want to make sure that you are happy. You should have received an email right after your order was placed, sometimes our emails get caught in the junk folder. Due to the nature of any type of cushion or pillow there is no way we can guarantee that the cushions will come out in the exact size, we do try to get as close as possible. I just spoke to our production manager and we are shipping out your order tomorrow and once it has shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number. I apologize for the lack of communication but this is our busiest time of year and we are trying to keep up with all of our orders and are trying our hardest to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Thank you, Jenni Support@CustomCushions.com
