At the beginning I was a little scared of buying cushions for my husbands company online, but then i started talking to Jessica and I asked her all the questions referring the company and how it worked. Jessica is wonderful, she helped and informed, professional but not snobby!
I called again to place my order and spoke to another lad. She was very professional and courteous. She talked me through some color choices as well as the durability of each. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. Product delivered fast and as advertised. My cushions look beautiful

So thrilled!

Worth every penny. Totally thrilled with customer service (I messed up how I ordered and they called as they said it didnt sound right) delivery was on time, quality is fantastic. Very high end. My roof deck looks amazing!

When I initially ordered my cushions I did not order what I actually needed. Jamie called me to follow up multiple times to ensure she was putting together exactly what I was looking for. She gave me many options and priced it all out for me so I barely had to even think about it. She was very nice and friendly and helpful. Great customer service, and satisfied with products.

I placed my order June 5,2016. After placing my order, I did not receive any confirmation email, but I did get a charge on my Amex. Six weeks later, still no order. I sent an email to to Custom Cushions on Tuesday this week. 24 hours later I still had not received a call back or an email reply. So I called. The lady who answered was rude, defensive, and interrupted me several times.

She said she would check with production and email me back. We will see. I would've just cancelled the order because the service was so bad, but after waiting this long, what's another few weeks?

That said, I would never use this company again, because they don't know what customer service is, and I prefer to use companies that do.

I was ordering a cushion made for an Airstream where the table area becomes a bed... but the cushions that were supposed to fit the space in the middle (topping the table) fit oddly so I measured my space and put in an order which needed to be pretty exact. After I sent it, and got the confirm, I read how it could be up to 1/2 inch in difference due to batting... oh, I called right away and talked about my dilemma. The young lady that helped me spoke to a craftsperson who does cushions, called me back promptly and said that the 1/2 inch issue could be rectified by not adding batting. YES! This cushion turned out PERFECT! I am 200% happy with this purchase and the cushion was made and delivered within the time frame promised and that made me very, very happy too! I will use them again, and tell my friends, that this is a place that does wonderful work in a very timely manner.

Ordered these online through the Custom Cushions' site. Unlike some people that wrote reviews, I didn't have any problems. Took a little over 3 weeks to get the cushions but I was prepared for that. Not a problem for me. Workmanship is very good. One seam is slightly crooked but you'd never really notice. Sunbrella fabric is good. The round bolster pillows are excellent. Very pleased with the purchase. Only complaints - the fabric color is slightly off from the picture but I didn't ask for a sample/swatch so my bad. It still looks great. I thought the price was a little too high for the product. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

Crooked cushion. Straight to trash

Took them over 2 months to make this cushion and it's not the dimensions I ordered, it's not even cut straight in half, has a stain on it and stuff sticking out of the side. Don't waste your time.

WOW - I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before ordering from this company. They are consistent, I will say this. Consistently poor! I placed an order on July 7th. I received the order on 8/28. The wrong order! It was a completely different size, style and color. I understand mistakes happen. It's how the mistakes are handled that makes the difference. I tried calling them. They have a voice message system that basically tells you they are only responding to e-mails. Wish that were true. I e-mailed them and they responded up until the incorrect cushion was picked up. I have now followed up with them (7) times, with zero response. They have the money, they have the returned incorrect cushion. This is so unprofessional and frustrating. BE WARNED - you can see this is NOT an isolated experience. They obviously have no business being in business. Totally unacceptable. The BBB should close you down! Disgusting to treat people this way.

Ordered 3 custom cushions and spent hours providing a template. The middle cushion is 4-5" too big. After numerous answers to their questions and sending many pictures they have gone completely silent. Worst service I have ever experienced. Stay away from this place.

Cushions too small
November 16, 2015

I ordered a cushion for an ottoman we had. What came was a well-made cushion but It was about 1 inch shorter (width and length) than what we specified. The company would not give us an exchange for it. I would be very careful in ordering from them as they have a disclaimer that "they do not guarantee the finished size".

I had a very unique chair and tried to find replacement cushions everywhere. Finally found this online. Creating the order online was tedious so I thought they would be meticulous. It took 6 weeks to receive my cushions, the size was off by 1/2", VERY expensive, construction sub-standard as stuffing lumpy and stitching amateur. The only 2 things satisfactory - fabric appears Sunbrella (remains to be seen) and the tag says "Made in America" but I would have expected better quality.

All the Way Wrong

Wow, I see that these reviews are around the same time as I ordered my cushions and the customer service is by far the worst I have experienced in a company that is supposed to be professional.
$1,000 in outdoor cushions and the backs were all wrong. After delivery, I tried desperately to return and to no avail, they said No and they would not fix what they made wrong. I also sent a review through my CC and they did not back me stating that the cushion co had receipts and phone calls documented. (Citi Bank) I had a professional seamstress come after all of this and told me they were wrong! She happily fixed them with precision, but I had to pay for that as well. Wish I would've had the seamstress before and the reviews to add to my review at the CC co.

Thank you for sending me your information. I have looked over everything from your order. First off we couldn’t find anything from you at first because your order was from 2 years ago and under your husband’s name. I hope you looked at the last 2 years because our customers are very pleased with our customer service. We are sorry that you are still upset. You ordered two different construction styles and we explained this to you. As for your seamstress, did you show them our website and show them the different constructions? For boxed construction and waterfall construction they are measured differently because they are different constructions. Everything is explained on the website and if you would have measured the overall thickness of the waterfall cushion, it will be the correct thickness (within a 1/2" tolerance of course). The measuring guide and measuring explanation for these cushions are industry standard and are also clearly stated on the CustomCushions.com web site. After reviewing the notes on your order, we sent you pictures on how to measure correctly and you refused to retake the pictures and send them to us at that point if the customer will not work with us we cannot work with them. We also told you if you shipped them back to us then we would personally measure them for you to make sure that everything is measuring correctly but you didn’t want this. It is clearly stated on our website that we do not accept returns because everything is custom made to the customer specifications, this is stated in the terms and conditions and on your invoice that is received right after you place your order.

I ordered eight cushions and website said they would ship in 2-3 weeks. Bottom line, they shipped about the third week. They are beautifully made; even the welting matched the stripes in the fabric. Well worth the price.

The website changed shipping times out a couple times after I ordered. It's spring so I'm sure they are getting tons of orders so they have to adjust for not only that but availability of fabric. I also called Customer Service at the end of the third week and they promptly told me status of my order.

I think Ryan T's review is out of line.

Right from the start Robin walked me through the order. It was so easy- and when the delivery came in just over two weeks I was thru the moon. The cushions are beautiful and enhance my patio. Great Company!

The entire process was easy and smooth. Ordering through the website was simple and clear. Would suggest ordering sample swatches before ordering cushions. Quality of service, fabric and workmanship is excellent... you will not be disappointed. Delivery was also very smooth; got my cushions a day early - a nice surprise. I love my new cushions!

I absolutely love my new bench cushion. The only thing that I love more than the cushion itself is Robyn, the extraordinary lady who helped me with my order. Robyn went out of her way answering a myriad of questions and then went on to hep me select the perfect fabric and design.

I placed a large order for a variety of cushions, and they helped me select the perfect fabric, and even found a mistake I had made in my order that they called me about. I ordered five (5) 4 inch thick cushions for $528, all of which for both the Seat and Back lengths were all 2 inches too long. The reason being that per my discussion with Robin is that those lengths are taken from the "hinge" portion of the joined Seat and Back cushions. I argued that their web site states the Seat length is from the rear of the Back to the end of the Seat and the Back length is from the bottom of the Seat to the top of the Back. So they basically contradict how to describe how to measure when ordering your cushions. So buyer beware. The only
